The entire crew that was working on the evening of Tuesday, October 3, 2023 deserve many praises. This was simply amazing service at its best. As we were driving down Route 52 trying to make it to Culvers before closing, I called and asked if we could get the full menu if we came in minutes before closing. Whoever answered the phone was so positive and warm and assured us that we could indeed! Literally, we walked in at 9:58 p.m. They were scheduled to close in two minutes....read full review
Culvers use to be my favorite. The last 3 times I've gone I have been very disappointed with the Rochester nw and cottage grove locations. The fries are always the best but the hamburgers are terrible. Made upside down, super duper skinny burger and they put the burger on top off the lettuce and tomato then someone smashes it with a sledgehammer. Please teach your employees to take pride in their job.
