Came here for brunch with my family and we had a wonderful experience with our server Lydia! She was very diligent with answering all our questions and such a pleasant girl to chat with. The food was also amazing, I highly recommend trying the Veggie Scramble!

One of my favorite spots in Rochester! The flatbreads are amazing and so are the cocktails. The service has always been good and they give a discount for us night shifters that come in after work.

Was able to seat a party of 8 last minute with ease, not only was the food exquisite but the service was phenomenal! Great place to go out for a beer and burger or fine dining, your pick!

Five West is a good American cuisine restaurant with above average brunch. It's in my rotation for places to go on Sundays when I can't be bothered to cook but still want something good.Parking: Parking is in a free lot but it has annoying spacing

A group of 7 went here for easter brunch and had to wait 45 minutes before the manager got us a booth, when we asked for a table. The booth was really tight, like it was made for super skinny customers. The manager was stressed out due to the fact that customers were not leaving after they got done eating because other party's coming in. My suggestion for the restaurant is to have seatings like 9:00 am seating, 10:00 am seating, 11:00 am seating, 12:00pm seating, 1:00pm seating, and 2:00pm seating. The food and atmosphere were great.Parking: good amount of parking

We were excited to celebrate both Easter and a birthday with brunch, but unfortunately, the experience didn't meet our expectations. From sitting down to a dirty table at the restaurant's opening time (which we were asked to help pitch in and scrape candle wax off the table), to a used steak knife (with meat still on it) in a utensil wrapped napkin, to long hair in the cheesecake, the disappointments never ceased. Some of the food was good but not good enough to have a brunch buffet worthy appetite with all of the other detractors. To top it off, the floor near the buffet is so slippery that it's hard to imagine someone won't fall and injure themselves.
