Had a great experience here! Adrijana was an awesome server. She was super friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. She made the whole experience really enjoyable. We’ll definitely be back!
Came in earlier with my coworkers since it was close to us. Very nice and tidy inside, ordered the blackberry feta pizza extra crispy and it was delightful! Our server Adrijana recommended the new drink specials and it did not let us down and was very refreshing! She was so helpful with menu items and suggestions, was very attentive, you can tell she’s a seasoned server/ waitress (also can crack a few jokes). Tonight was my beautiful wife's birthday dinner, and while I won't tell you how old she turned I will tell you that we made the absolute right choice in going to The Tap House West End. From the moment we walked in the customer service was excellent, seated quickly, drink order taken by our server Olivia, and off we went. The Tap House West End offers a fantastic experience with accommodating service. The Blackberry Mojito is amazing, while the burgers, including the #3 Burger, and Mac n cheese are to die for. The impressive beer selection, with about 100 different beers and more tap handles than one could imagine, along with huge appetizers, make for a great meal. The food tastes absolutely amazing, and the salads and tacos are rated 10/10. Despite being short-staffed, the servers work hard to ensure a good dining experience. The owner, Christine, is dedicated and cares deeply for her customers and employees. With the best decor and atmosphere, a nice big menu, and delicious drinks, it’s a must-visit spot in Rochester. Many wish they lived closer—it would be their new go-to place. However, there have been some concerns about flies inside, which could be an issue for future diners.
