My server was so attentive to our needs it was great. She also made sure everyone understood how to fill bowls and get what was needed. Great job and it was clean.

The ingredients were fresh and plentiful. It was a delicious lunch. We had a slight inconvenience and talked with our server. She was understanding and compassionate. She handled the situation right away and gracefully. She made us feel welcomed. We were in town for medical services, and it was stressful and tiring. It was nice to have a relaxing meal with quality ingredients, a kind server, and it was clean!

All was good except our booth smelled a bit funky. Was sorta like someone changed a baby there and wasn't cleaned properly. Ruined my normally high opinion of this chain.
Great time to try this place, I had no idea what it is, but it turned to be super good, you pay like 20$ and you eat whatever you want. Remember there’s a line you’ll stand in to do your mix up of the sauces and food you want.

The workers put on an excellent show, food was cooked to perfection and atmosphere was great. We first ate at a Hu Hot in Wisc. but from where I live it is a 5 1/2 hr trip, so we were glad whe. We found this one that was only 2 1/2 hrs away. We will definitely return !!
