Always have great service whether ordering online or picking up...staff are always fun, last online order for fun entered the name BIG DADDY and they came back with SMALL DADDY ♥️ on the sandwich wrap, definitely made our day! 😂😂
Very disappointed in this location! As I had gotten a free sandwich due to not having it made correctly the first time! Ordered chips and kickin ranch for a co worker and myself, it was delivered and realized I had gotten the kitchen ranch but only 1 bag of chips! 🙄🙄 so I called, let them know. Manager gets on the phone and says “Jenny, when I was bagging your order up I know I put 2 bags of chips in there”! Are you serious? Unless your delivery person took that ONE...read full review
I wish I could give less than one star. I am staying at a Mayo Clinic patient hotel and was told they deliver. The customer service upon calling was terrible. They have a two mile delivery radius and I am exactly two miles from them....it doesn't make sense and no one cared to explain it. Corporate might want to consider helping some patients out with that delivery radius, especially in this city. Very, very disappointed from a long time customer.
