I always order from here and this time both of us got sick. We ordered gargantuan unwiches. With in and hour of eating I was in the bathroom sitting down for 20 min in and off all night. My finance didn’t eat all of his and same thing happen to him later in the evening. There was a funny test to mine but I thought maybe since I added the avocado sauce this time. He did not have that. Maybe the lettuce??

Ordered delivery at 6:36pm. At 8pm, the order was said to be delivered.. nothing was delivered, but the order was closed.. Received an email saying the sandwich will be delivered tomorrow morning. They close at 9pm and it is currently 8:05 pm.

Disgusted. Delivery driver was awesome but literally the only reason why I'm not leaving one star. Every bite of my section of my sandwich still had the dividers the place in between cheese slices still in there. I had to dig around the sandwich with my hands and pulled out 4 sheets of waxy paper. Like come on I get everyone gets busy but this isn't the first issue I've had with the Jimmy Johns.

I love Jimmy John’s and I really hate to complain but every time I come here the crew is so boisterous they’re nearly screaming at each other. I was attempting to listen to an audiobook today and had to leave because they were so ridiculously loud. They’re completely unaware of their customers… as I left there was none of the customary thank yous, just raucous screaming and laughing like I was trapped in the Lord of the Flies.

Good sandwich but they’ve started using Uber to deliver. No longer “freaky fast” since it took an hour to get my sandwich. The speed is 80% of the reason I order JJs delivery.
