This place is unsanitary and absolutely disgusting. We ordered a sandwich in the store today, and on the drive home, we realized they had messed up the order. We drove back, and they reluctantly remade it. We got home, ate about 90% of the sandwich, and as my partner got to the final few bites, he found an extremely long, light-colored hair completely embedded in the meat of the sandwich. We both have brown hair — there is a 0% chance it was one of ours. The hair was tangled within the ingredients. Horrifying experience all around.

Weird vibes from male employee here. Ordered a Beach club. Received a country club. Brought it back in to get a new one. They obliged - that sandwich had hair in it. Disgusting. Seriously just ruined JJs for me forever. Do better.
I always order from here and this time both of us got sick. We ordered gargantuan unwiches. With in and hour of eating I was in the bathroom sitting down for 20 min in and off all night. My finance didn’t eat all of his and same thing happen to him later in the evening. There was a funny test to mine but I thought maybe since I added the avocado sauce this time. He did not have that. Maybe the lettuce??

Ordered delivery at 6:36pm. At 8pm, the order was said to be delivered.. nothing was delivered, but the order was closed.. Received an email saying the sandwich will be delivered tomorrow morning. They close at 9pm and it is currently 8:05 pm.
