The brisket was cold, no seasoning. The Bar B Cuban sandwich was absolutely disgusting, meat cold, bun was soggy. The baked beans were not fully cooked, cold and hard. Not worth the 60.00
we paid.
I’ve been eating at John Hardy’s since I was a kid. And I’m 51 now. I never get sick of their food. I live in the cities now. But every time I get down there I pick up some. 10+ is my rating.
2/29/2024….I ordered dinner tonight using GrubHub. This is THE worst BBQ experience I’ve ever had. Ribs and brisket were dry and cold and I bet they were smoked yesterday. They forgot my fried okra. The black eyed peas was as thick as paste. The JoJo’s? What is that? Fried potato chips soaking in oil. Just nasty. The bread pudding lacked any flavor or love. And the ice cream that accompanied it, was pure liquid upon arrival.
