What a wonderful meal! Great service, incredible food, and a well thought menu. A nice and welcomed meal when in Rochester and look forward to returning again. The foie and rabbit are stand outs.
I travel a lot and both my wife and I have decades between us in restaurants front and back of the house. My work takes me all over the place and I get small holidays where I can find fine dining experiences in that. I ate at Marrow tonight and can honestly say it was one of the best meals I have ever had. I eat out to the point where most high end stuff is just kind of boring. Recreations of the same old dishes and small differences in large well known establishments that end...

But the bone marrow dish with bleu cheese was one of the worst things I ever had. I love bone marrow and associate it with a rich umami flavor. But this dish completely destroyed that beautiful bone marrow...
