I love McDonald's for the quick small bite to eat or coffee. I do wish they would bring back the healthier burger option called the McLean 😁.

This location is not being run properly. If you go to get food at night, don’t be surprised if the lights are on and no one is there working. Horrible experience and wait times on food are ridiculous. Drive to the other ones instead trust me

Be wary: I guess recently they’ve been closing earlier than what advertised on their site so before you order to pick up food through the drive-through, make sure they’re actually open till they’re closing time before ordering.

I had a very terrible experience today. I placed an order on the app and they had a system error that was not allowing my order to be processed but I was charged. I explained what was happening to the staff and they got their manager. This manager was very rude and condescending when speaking to me. The manager tried to put the blame on me for the error and when I showed that it was not my error and my card was charged they finally gave me my food but not after going back and forth with me in rude tone. I will not be back to this location.

This isn’t about the food. The service, was okay. I came to the lobby 2 HOURS earlier before it closed and they locked all the doors??? Then they put up a sign saying, sorry, the lobby is closed. Which is so outrageous!!

Turn your sign off if you are closed. If you close at 11 and I show up at 10:50 and your sign is on I expect to get service. If you’re closing turn your sign off so I know you’re not serving people. It’s not complicated. You provide a service to people, you have to communicate that to them. End of story.

When going through the drive through at the West circle drive McDonald's they were not very friendly at all. Other McDonald's has much more friendly responses through the order windown Acted like they didn't want to be there. Food always good. Hope things improve.

Roy Rogers has lost Trigger. Where can he be? New management? New ownership? This McDonald's has consistently gone downhill in quality, service, and presentation over the past year or two. Gross... is the word that comes to mind. Cold fries, under or overcooked burgers, or just a sloppy mess. Zero quality is what McDonald's means to me now. How does corporate McDonald's let this franchise stay open? It brings the McDonald's name overall down compared and equal to garbage.(A12)

Whole restaurant reeks. Idk who is in charge of cleaning the bathrooms but its nasty. Waited 10 minutes for my order of 2 mcchickens with pickles and a coffee. Went back to my car and both of my sandwiches have a SINGLE pickle slice. Sad.
