A decent Panera, very typical to the others.

Extremely slow service the last two times I've been there. We waited 40 minutes for our food, which was soup and a half sandwich.

I ordered 3 chai latte drinks, one was pure milk and the other two had half a jar of cinnamon in it, it was a cinnamon paste and didn't taste like chai, the problem was that it was to go, I was going to Iowa and I couldn't go back... and I paid a lot for those drinks, I want answers.

12-19-24 Nice that the employees can park next to the front door. Big snow storm. Not plowed or shoveled. I had to park in the lot and walk in. Ugh.

When asking about drink options the cashier smugly replied it's literally right there. Customer service literally needs help.

They ran out of bread. All they had left was sour dough and we got the last of that. The sandwiches just weren't as good. The Mac and cheese was delightful as usual.

Throughly disappointed in the customer service of this Panera location. Both my friend and I ordered Caesar salads. We both found numerous pieces of pecans in our salads and when I politely brought it to the manager’s attention, he simply denied it was a nut and said it was just croton pieces. They 100% were not. They were nuts. If you have a food allergy, be careful.

The menu said it had hot chocolate and they said they didn't have it, the soup was the consistency of jello, the bread was hard and cold, no ice in the machine, they announced my mom's card not reading to the entire building saying "your card didn't go through," the whole expirience left a bad taste in my mouth both figuratively and literally, Panara, get your shit together.

They got kids working here high off their minds. They are way too heavily medicated early in the morning so expect a big delay when receiving your order.

Fantastic service at Panera! The staff was so helpful and quick, especially with my kids. Their patience and understanding made our visit so much easier. Thank you for the great experience! And thank you Odalys for being so nice, smiling and great with kids and people.

Started our order for breakfast sandwiches before 11am on Sunday, submitted order at 11:01 and the screen said our breakfast sandwiches were no longer available. Asked if we could still get them and the gal sharply replied “no”. Rude. Were were going to spend enough to feed the whole family, instead we got a chocolate milk and croissant and will take our business elsewhere.
