I've ordered from the Crossroads Papa Murphy's for years (online or via the app). My experience(s) have always been great. The pizzas are fresh, made to order per my instructions, and the staff is friendly.
The store is clean and staff friendly and helpful. We enjoy the variety and options we get at Papa Murphy’s. They put just the right amount of toppings and the price is reasonable.

My dispute isn’t with the quality of the pizzas at Papa Murphy’s, but in the operation of their business and in the promos they advertise. Today was another example of a very misleading email promo. In order to obtain the price quoted in their email, you have to place the order online- not calling their store or placing an in-person order. But, there is no way to post the pizza order online and obtain the discounted price! Their website allows for a promo code, but interesting...
