Although I love to eat at PI please do not order delivery have made the mistake of trying this twice- food is like ice when delivered and inedible MAKE NO ATTEMPT TO HAVE THIS DELIVERED

We stayed here over MEA and like trying new places we don’t have back home. So glad we tried this place!

Pizza: Very fresh ingredients, thin crispy crust, wood fired oven does its job wonderfully. Lots of toppings as well.

Service: For some odd reason they were fairly slow this night, so we got our pizzas within about 5-7 mins. We couldn’t believe it. You don’t have to interact with staff too much as you order as you walk in and they bring pizzas to you when done, no issues nonetheless.

Overall: The pizzas are a titch on the smaller side, but honestly it worked perfect for my wife and I to share 2 different ones we both wanted to try. It is not a nasty greasy pizza like other typical chain pizza places. Just good clean pizza.

If we are back in the Rochester area, we will be back at Pi again for certain. If you are thinking about trying Pi, do it, you won’t regret it.

Delicious pizza, very fast service with pizza that tastes like it took some time. Great variety of toppings and cheeses. Loved the San Marino with goat cheese and prosciutto. Love that it has plenty of seating and self service for foundation drinks. Can't wait to go back!

We didn't set out to find this place, but we are glad we did. The pizza was great for everyone. Even our 5 year old who is usually pretty pick with pizza, gobbled his cheese pizza up. Lots of good looking choices, almost too many. Staff was able to help narrow me down and the meat pi was a winner and so was my wife's classic with gluten free crust. Prices were only $5.50 for a kids and $11 or so for the adult. We would come here again.

When the ice machine is down on the pop dispenser.... its best to tell the customer while they order vs. Letting them order and pay overpriced tap pop for warm pop. Other than that, always been great. But this time, the thoughtfulness escaped the help.

We’ve ordered from Pi many times and always loved the Urban Legend. But our last order left us feeling intense burning in our mouths within minutes. It was like eating acid. We looked at each other mid-bite and said, “Does your mouth feel scorched?” That was Monday. It’s now Saturday, and the pain is finally fading. Whatever was in that pizza wasn’t food safe. We won’t be ordering again.
