Used to be a Caribou guy, but wised up and much prefer Starbucks coffee. Clean, generally cheery service. My only complaint is the drive through line is frequently toooo long.

Apparently Some starbucks don’t know how you operate there own corporate rewards system. Kept coming up with excuses when I had the coupon in there face. Always great when there’s a dirty green haired person running the place.

This is actually one of the few great Starbucks left. Great service and incredibly fast. Baristas are friendly. Store is CLEAN.

The catch is you have to actually get out of your car and go inside as opposed to waiting in the drive through line!

At the bottom of my drink I found a star sticker, the kind people put on their faces. Seriously gross. If I hadn’t looked down at the right moment I would have drank it. It’s unclear if it fell off someone’s face or was put in intentionally

A few days ago I went for a strawberry lemonade and the girl on the speaker, in addition to being rude, did not tell us that she did not have strawberries and when I asked her "why are there no strawberries in my lemonade" she yelled at me "we are out" and closed the door on me. window in the face. What kind of service training do you give them? And when I spoke with the manager, a boy of about 16 years old helped me and he didn't give me a solution to the problem either. He gave me two stupid $4 dollar cards and a scoff. Their service is disgusting and I tried to contact the regional manager and guess what! He never answered emails or calls. They should focus on customer service, without customers the business does not work. They should definitely stop hiring minors.

I forgot to order at the sign and was asked why didn't I stop at the sign to order when I got to the window. I came to Starbucks to be served not asked why questions. Maybe a better way to communicate could be, we take orders at the sign, would you mind coming though again? In addition, the server was not polite when I requested a remake of the beverage. I don't come to Starbucks often these days and experience like this discourage me to return.

*Resubmitting since I accidentally submitted to the West Circle Hyvee location when my review is for the Commerce location near CostCo.
My daughter and I went for the BOGO on 7/30/24 around 12:40pm. The lady that took our order was friendly but the guy who took my phone to scan my rewards ended up having an attitude. He scanned my phone then told me my total was $12 something. I reminded him it’s BOGO. He went around the corner to the cash register (assuming), came back, and said it’s half off. I asked what the total was and he rolled his eyes and started to head back to I’m assuming the cash register when he then turned around and handed me my one coffee and said, “forget it, you can just have it”. As the window was shutting, I mentioned I had another drink. Not sure what he said but I think it was that he was making it. (Like I said the window was half closed). I waited and another lady brought my coffee. I asked her what the guy’s problem was but she didn’t say anything. I told her I didn’t pay and I proceeded to pay. I normally don’t like to complain but I was thrown off by this service when all I did was ask for my total. I understand ppl have bad days but if it’s the same guy I see standing around when all the other workers are busy making drinks then maybe he should find a new job.
