Incredible noisy place. Noise is mostly secondary to music blarring from speakers. Not place to work. Average noise is 65 to 70dBell. Service is slow. I ordered twice. The average wait is 10 minutes. Small place. Table are tiny. Service staff is nice.This is a dystopian factory not a coffee shop

The music was extremely loud I couldn’t focus on work and couldn’t talk on the phone, Service was extremely slow! The place was full of flies.
Extremely loud music you can’t hear the person talking to you, The place and food display is full of flies! Americano will take 15 minutes while 4 Baristas are simply singing and chatting.

The staff is very friendly. Kendra is the best and needs a raise. She tries to get to know the customer and always asks how I am doing. That is what I call great customer service.They work extremely hard and wish you a good day even in the busiest days. The fireplace is a great little addition especially on cold days. It’s usually clean and my order is usually on point. There were a few times my order wasn’t right, but they are always happy to fix it.Stopped by on a Sat at 11:15 and it was extremely busy so they had the register closed due to staffing issues and we had to order through the app. This is unfortunate for those who use reusable cups because you don’t get the extra points ordering through the app. Would love to see a resolution to this issue since it’s a tad annoying to try and find a parking spot(when busy), go inside and find out you can’t order at the register.Parking: Parking isn’t sufficient on the weekends, but there is additional parking next to Tap house

I'm not one of those people who like giving a hard time to Starbucks employees, but this has to be said. Today, 2:00pm on a Saturday, I went to the drive thru and asked what kind of hot coffee they had. The answer: none That's right, a coffee shop with no hot coffee. Oddly enough, this is the second Starbucks in Rochester that this happened to me. Do better.
