My sister and I ordered two chais. We began waiting and a female worker was sat in a chair organizing drink holders. She asked a male worker for a drink and he proceeded to make it right away. Then he made himself a drink, made the people who ordered after us drinks,, and then made my sisters drink. Then again, he made other peoples drinks. Finally after 20-25 minutes of waiting he finally made mine. The drink was really good, but the service was absolutely horrible!

My daughter and I stopped at 2 locations and they were out of strawberry Auci Refreshers. The waitstaff was less than pleasant after waiting a half an hour for service.

I ordered a turtle frappe, which seemed to confuse them, and I'm not sure what happened but it ended up tasting like an espresso frappe? And burnt... a burnt espresso frappe... with caramel drizzle and whipped cream. I also ordered a chocolate milk for my child, milk and chocolate in a cup right, and I guess that meant a small iced mocha? So naturally it was a small iced burnt espresso with chocolate and milk.... at least the cake pop was pre-made and standard.

They absolutely need to schedule more people at any given time. Both times I’ve tried ordering here on a weekend afternoon. The barista working there is kind and apologized for the wait, but you can’t only have 1 person at a Tarbucks location.
The batista was brand new and a sweet gem. However, she was alone in a busy location. It's awful that the location threw her to the wolves with no one around to help her. Not a good look for the company.

Love Madison Avenue Starbucks store. I like how they know my name, my drink and say hello when I come in and thanks when I leave!I also change my drink recipe and they remember the changes even when they’re swamped!
