They absolutely need to schedule more people at any given time. Both times I’ve tried ordering here on a weekend afternoon. The barista working there is kind and apologized for the wait, but you can’t only have 1 person at a Tarbucks location.

The batista was brand new and a sweet gem. However, she was alone in a busy location. It's awful that the location threw her to the wolves with no one around to help her. Not a good look for the company.

Love Madison Avenue Starbucks store. I like how they know my name, my drink and say hello when I come in and thanks when I leave!I also change my drink recipe and they remember the changes even when they’re swamped!Parking: Easy to access, fast drive throughKid-friendliness: Never rude even when they’re busy

YUM! This is was a great experience. My pink drink was made to perfection and we enjoyed it in a cozy little window spot outlooking the target parking lot. The service was super quick too! Yay for starbies❤

I enjoy their coffee (of course any type you get will be higher priced). It's a fun quiet place to enjoy a book, tablet or even visiting with friends or family.If you want a drink to try, I get the Shaken Expresso, sweet cream shaken in (instead of the 2% milk) and only 2 pumps of the classic. Give it a try and let me know what you think ?

the barista taking my order was wonderful f it the manager in the back (Melissa) was rude to both the customers and the employees. I heard her verbally berating the employees and that is way out of line

I changed my review. It used to be perfectly fine but latley they have certain staff members that would rather talk to each other rather than help the super long line of customers. I timed it and we were waiting for one person to help us for upwards of 5 mins because these 2 girls were talking to each other non stop. One was even off the clock but I know she works there because she does the same thing. She'll talk and talk instead of helping the line which gets larger very quickly. The drinks are fine but rarely consistent. This is the last starbucks I would choose to go to, even though I work in the area.

Two female employees, so rude. They ignored me waiting at the register for over 10 minutes. Nobody was there. They were just talking and going in and out of the back room. They never said hello, or could you please hold, just nothing, like I was invisible. All I wanted was coffee not even anything special. And on top of it all it was cold out of the air pot, and clearly very old coffee. STOP WORKING IN CUSTOMER SERVICE IF YOU HATE PEOPLE!!!!

Only person in line, took 5 minutes for barista to even acknowledge me. Then another 5 minutes before making my drink because she was talking to her coworker who was off the clock. I've been a barista too and I get what work is like. But what the hell was that?

I used to work on a place when I lady asked me for the same black coffee, same mount of sugar everyday and never has a problem serving her but this Starbucks every time when I ordered something they always made comments about “why you don’t order something else? “Why you order the same thing everyday?” Why they so worry about what I want?
