Our first experience at this restaurant and we loved it. We started with the cheese balls, which were amazing, and moved to the awesome Parmesan crusted walleye. To ensure we had adequate carbs we ordered the cheesy hash browns. And finally, for dessert, we ordered the massive chocolate almond tortino. This could have fed 4 people and was spectacular. You MUST order this! We can’t wait to come here again, hopefully when the temps aren’t -20!

It was our first visit to Terza Restaurant. Wow! Wow! Wow! Everything was wonderful from beginning to end. Our server Carter, was AMAZING! He was so attentive, detailed with just about every aspect of our dining experience. We started with the Lobster Bisque and Sea Salt Roasted Oysters. So good! We then ordered the Insignia Scallops with the house made pasta. It too was delicious. We will be back next time we are in Rochester.

We were sat at the bar to make sure we didnt have a long wait. Justin took fantastic care of us, explained some of the history behind Terza (like how the pasta is hand made by the owner every day and how the mother sauce hasn't been changed since his grandmother taught it to him), made sure our drinks and bread basket were never empty, and our food was served hot.
My goodness. This was the best Italian food, especially the pasta, that I have ever had. Chicken Parmesan and fresh made Alfredo sauce served with those fresh noodles in the picture. Creme Brulee and Tiramisu were second to none.
While our reason for being in Rochester, MN isn't great, the wife and I cant wait to go back here again.

Rich delicious food. Big portions, fabulous service. The only thing that could have been better was if the server had told is that switching from tortelloni to homemade ravioli with the Rosa sauce was a $4 additional charge for the other pasta.
