“I grew up going to the old location of Pannekoeken and LOVED it. I had countless Sunday brunches with my grandparents and parents there, begging for troll dolls and ordering the namesake dish so that I could hear the servers announce my breakfast.

Much of this charm remains, but I kind of HATE this new location. The wide open warehouse-esque space is not cozy and does not fit the vibe of the food or nostalgia needed for this restaurant to shine.“

“We ordered the Big Peppi with New York style crust and it was very good! Cheesy and a bit spicy. We loved it! When we were leaving we saw the dessert case and decided to try the cheesecake and a couple of the bars. They were very sweet but delicious!!“

“Pasquale’s pizza is one of the best pizzas in Rochester and their calzones were tasty. As a foodie that travels all over the place to try new restaurants, this place had great quality food and even better an amazing staff! Rochester is blessed to have Pasquale’s!“

“This is the only restaurant that I have worked at that I will ALWAYS come back to. For the atmosphere, live music, the incredible staff (no, not favoring because I worked here, totally different staff), the food is consistent and the drinks- chefs kiss (Ryan is FANTASTIC)! Something about coming here is like coming home, it's very cozy and intimate! A best kept secret of Rochester for sure! I must add that the staff are seemingly genuine and you can tell they enjoy their jobs- not like other restaurants where you get a fake nice.“

“SO happy to see another craft brewery in Rochester! Great location, awesome atmosphere with the combined inside and outside seating! Not to mention the live music and food truck rotations they will be featuring!!! I love that Thesis is doing collabs with their beer and local business! Of the 6 beers on tap I had the cucumber sour which was my favorite! So light and refreshing!!! The golden ale that was crisp and a little on the bitter side, and the Tuba nanas hefeweizen which is very smooth and quite literally has aromatics that smell like banana laffy taffy! I look forward to what Thesis brew team come up with in the future! If you havent checked them out yet it's a must!!!P.S. lots of parking in the back!!!“

“Great tasting pizza! They are a family owned business in Rochester. Zadeos has two types of crusts: a hand-tossed original New York style crust and thin crust. They have a variety of specialty pizzas such as a Premiere, Meat Supreme, and Taco pizza. You definitely exact portions/toppings for what you pay for. They also have a lunch buffet from 11:00am to 1:30pm Tuesday through Saturday, which includes single topping pizza, meatballs, garlic bread, and a salad bar.“

“This was my 1st time eating godfathers pizza, I only came at the recommendation from my coworker who used to work there. The restaurant was very clean, very fresh looking which the worker explained they recently went through a renovation. Both of the men I encountered were very helpful and gave great recommendations.
I ordered a pepperoni/ italian sausage pizza with the stuffed crust.
The pizza was great and the cinnamon monkey bread was a great compliment.
My only improvement would be them accepting tap to pay, Apple Pay, phone pay options.
Overall I was impressed, it cost more than other pizza options but you are paying for a higher quality pizza.“

“We were in town for a Figure Skating competition. My 11 yr old is gluten free, and scared of eating out. She would rather not eat on competition days if she has to eat out. I told her you guys had a dedicated gluten free kitchen she was so excited. We ate there twice. The food was so good. The staff was so friendly. She got chicken tenders both times and each time even got desert. She said she felt like a normal kid. She said the baked potato and asparagus werereally good too! “We got there at 11:00am and Mary was the hostess...she was so wonderful in a very stressful time...they were packed and she got us seated quick...my wife uses a walker !!! Great experience !“

“The food was outstanding. The sauces on the two dishes we tried were phenomenal. They were even able to replace the butter in the sauce with virgin olive oil for the Veal Portabella dish. We liked it so much we bought a quart to bring back home with us to Chicago. We used it on Salmon I caught in Alaska. It was amazing how the sauce complimented the salmon. The staff was super friendly and knowledgable about about the menu and were able to make excellent recommendations on choosing what to try. It was our first time there. We will definitely be going back when we are back in Rochester.“

“Went on Friday with a couple 9-year-olds. They were busy and the pizza took awhile to come out. The server offered us free dessert as a “sorry.” Wasn’t necessary (we were fine waiting) but an astute move. The girls took home a piece of Oreo cheesecake which was amazing!“

“We go every weekend, you can’t go wrong with a burger and fries, or a pancake, two if you’re feeling adventurous. The French toast, American fries and coffee are all staples of our visits. All this brought to you by the coolest staff around, always helpful, couldn’t ask for better anywhere in town or anywhere else, that’s why we go back every Sunday.“

“I ordered a few items and two fountain drinks to go. Way more than I could carry out to my vehicle myself. I waited a little longer than usual for the food to be done, so for the longer wait I was given an extra item and apologized to - very kind! On top of that, the men realized I wouldn’t be able to carry all of my stuff so they offered to help. I didn’t catch the guy’s name that helped me carry my items to my vehicle, but I am very grateful! It was so unbelievably generous! Excellent pizza and beyond excellent service! “Pappy's is an old school restaurant and even includes a salad bar. The food is tasty and satisfying. It's a comfortable place to eat. I started my meal with a Tom and Jerry and from the first sip I was hooked! Delicious! Hubby and I shared a French Dip sandwich with onion rings. The beef was a little bit dry but the au jus helped with that. The roll it was on was perfect. The onion rings were outstanding! We love Pappy's!“

“Stopped to pick up carry out over lunch. I ordered online- it was easy and fast. Our order was accurate and food was hot. Egg rolls were smaller than regular egg rolls.The store does have some limited seating. Restrooms in back- one out of order.The lady who took my payment and prepared our order was NOT friendly. She was yelling at me, with frown on her face when I asked her to repeat what she was asking. I’m not hard of hearing, I just didn’t understand her question. She was asking how many sweet and sour sauce I wanted. Her yelling and speaking louder didn’t solve the language barrier between us. It only made me want to leave. I stopped to get three separate orders to deliver to three friends who I thought needed a day brightener. I wasn’t sure I even wanted the food after dealing with this nagar I’ve women. Maybe she was just having a bad day. I would give 1 start for friendliness .

“We had your typical Applebee's experience. Terrific waitress (Kale) treated us like her only table. She was so on top of our beverages and getting the food out FAST! Manager Raymond stopped by the table to make sure we were enjoying the super sandwich special. It was everything that's familiar about Applebee's and their team!
