Ordered my food on app I came in the store and no acknowledgment of me coming in but as I waiting for my order one older man was obviously very annoyed by an order come to find out it was mine he was frustrated with it and I was standing right there and he got frustrated as well with the fry container getting stuck and then he complained he had all these drinks which I had was a small sprite medium Coke Zero and a large Dr Pepper and a bottle water which now made me feel like I was a inconvenience to him also when I finally grabbed my order the person didn’t even ask if it was my order but yes it was but man really put me in a mood I get it’s frustrating but please don’t do it in front of customers also my husband ordered steak nuggets and only got 4 and like a slice if that not even a full nugget

I like Arby’s. And I would like to order here. However the last two times I’ve stood at the register no one will take my order. Today even after it was pointed out to the employee she just looked at me and walked away. Good thing BK is right there. They will take your order.

Incredibly rude if you ordered ahead and pulled up too quickly. Even when they aren't busy. Apparently, go through the drive thru otherwise they will leave you waiting outside and your food will be last and cold! No sauces and half full fries.

I had a very interesting experience at the Rosemount Arby’s. Went through drive through and one of the items ordered was the turkey, bacon, ranch sandwich - but when I got back home to eat it there was no turkey in the sandwich. I went back to the restaurant and they were very apologetic and offered to make me another sandwich - but when I got home there was no bacon this time. I was also given two free sandwich coupons but both are expired. It seems like staff needs a little more attention to details.

Ordered a chicken bacon Swiss, no lettuce and no tomato. Got a chicken sandwich with mayo...... no bacon no Swiss no honey mustard....but I sure was charged for a chicken bacon Swiss. Tag on sandwich was right......

Girl at the window was positive, inviting, and accommodating! They must have heard me say something about my favorite thing not being available here and gave me a free shake!!!

Update! 04/11/2025 drove thru and came back to get Arby's sauce they forgot (I ordered a few different sauces, so they probably got confused) and I thought I might as well get more sliders while I'm back, and they gave me the sliders for free!! Love the service here

Speed of service and food quality are seriously lacking tonight

We had been in the drive through for over 25 minutes before we got to the window, where we had to wait for nearly 5 minutes more before anyone greeted us. No apology for the wait. The young man working the drive through was completely apathetic and mumbly. It was nearly half an hour from when we ordered to when we got our food. This is pathetic.

We almost didn't get our kids meal either, I had to ask for it. The premium nuggets in the kids meal was so overcooked that our kid wouldn't eat the nuggets and we had to make him different food at home.

The point of going to a fast food restaurant is for quick service. Sure, for higher end fast food restaurants with high quality food, a wait is normal (though 30 minutes is still ridiculous). Unfortunately, this was neither fast or quality. Given this is the second similar experience we've had at this location in recent months, I don't think we'll be returning.

I went through the drive-through and it took over 20 minutes to place my order and get my food. Service is very slow with the drive-through. Probably won’t come back due to the amount of time it takes.

Tried the new turkey club and I was impressed. Would recommend!!! Food is always hot and fresh however this time i think I got the bottom of the curly fry bag which sucked.

Went through the drive tru at 1245 not very busy and cashier had me pull forward and finally after 20 mins I finally got my food that wasn't even warm. Very disappointed!
