Speed of service and food quality are seriously lacking tonight

We had been in the drive through for over 25 minutes before we got to the window, where we had to wait for nearly 5 minutes more before anyone greeted us. No apology for the wait. The young man working the drive through was completely apathetic and mumbly. It was nearly half an hour from when we ordered to when we got our food. This is pathetic.

We almost didn't get our kids meal either, I had to ask for it. The premium nuggets in the kids meal was so overcooked that our kid wouldn't eat the nuggets and we had to make him different food at home.

The point of going to a fast food restaurant is for quick service. Sure, for higher end fast food restaurants with high quality food, a wait is normal (though 30 minutes is still ridiculous). Unfortunately, this was neither fast or quality. Given this is the second similar experience we've had at this location in recent months, I don't think we'll be returning.

I went through the drive-through and it took over 20 minutes to place my order and get my food. Service is very slow with the drive-through. Probably won’t come back due to the amount of time it takes.

Tried the new turkey club and I was impressed. Would recommend!!! Food is always hot and fresh however this time i think I got the bottom of the curly fry bag which sucked.

Went through the drive tru at 1245 not very busy and cashier had me pull forward and finally after 20 mins I finally got my food that wasn't even warm. Very disappointed!

Absolutely hands down the worst experience I have had at this restaurant. The cashiers name on my receipt is Maya, not sure if that's who I just had the "pleasure" of being served by.
When I pulled up to the speaker, I was yelled at to hold on to place my order. When she was ready to take my order, she snapped at me. Placing my order was an unpleasant exchange. When I got to the window, I paid and received my food and drinks. I pulled away and looked at the receipt. I ordered Dr. Pepper. The receipt said Diet Coke. I pulled back around to the window to make sure my drink was correct. I was told it was rang in incorrectly, but it was Dr. Pepper.
I got to work and it was indeed Diet Coke.
Overall the worst experience I have ever had at this restaurant.

I did the survey on the receipt and asked to be contacted about the missing kids meal from our order and have not heard anything after several weeks. We had to wait a long time which is fine, the gal repeated our order and handed us a bag. We didn't realize we were missing 1/3 of our order until we got home. So paid for nothing and needed to scramble to make something for our kiddo.

Ordered a brisket sandwich, fries and a gyro. Waited forever to get in the drive thru. All the food was cold. Fries were cold and hard. Brisket sandwich tasted like the box it came in. I'd recommend eating out of the dumpster outside. It's the same experience and it won't cost you $21 for the same trash they serve inside.

The Roast beef gyro is so simply perfect!! The manager,Laurie is amazing,super friendly!! Also,can we please get the potato cakes on the menu permanently?!?!

I usually go to the Arby's in AV but thought I'd try the one in Rosemount. Mistake. Not only did my order take 25 mins I discovered that I was shorted my curly fries. Lesson learned.

If I could I would give them 0 stars. I called to ask a simple question and the lady was the rudest person I’ve ever talked to I’m not sure how they even have any business with that kind of an attitude. Do better
