Messed up my order which is fine everyone is human. But since I had to wait for them to fix it I asked for a refill. Apparently they don’t do refills in the drive thru. So I had to go inside and get refill it myself

Went around 9:50pm and was told that the ice cream machines was not working because they shut the lobby and the ice cream machine around the same time, unbelievable!!!

I always get a rodeo cheese burger with bottom buns or potato bun and the guy that took my order needs help. I had to go inside because I never had to pay extra for potato bun or bottom buns. When I order my rodeo inside he made my rodeo with potato bun when I requested bottom buns cause the guy said yall charge for potato bun I didn't even get onion rings on my order.. its usually the cooks messing up my order but this time it's a cashier.. bad customer service.. I came on Halloween 2024 at 325pm. The cashier was making the cooks and Hispanic lady i think manager mad
