Out of our last 5 delivery orders, not a single one has been correct from this location. Missing fries, missing burgers, modifications ignored, missing French toast sticks, WET chicken sandwiches, never putting the condiments in. The only reason we eat here is because they offer burgers at 6am. As an overnight worker, Im not looking for breakfast when i get off of work. The one time we drove to the location, their store hours posted on the window and on google were incorrect. They glared at us and rudely ask what we wanted. We said to place an order but they said they times were wrong on their window and Google.

The play area has not been cleaned and when I asked the cleaning schedule no one had an answer. Please clean your play area per your coporate policy. Strep is going around it is very dangerous.

This place is so terrible i felt like aggressively attacking the employees and staff because my food was so cold and my drink did not have syrup. I would recommend they close down this place immediately.

If you like the whopper you know it's good. The restaurant was quiet, with a good quick bite to eat. The staff is friendly and provided excellent service.
It's gone downhill as I'm sure everyone else has noticed. Seems like the meats quality has gone from ok to suspect. They never have shakes or else the coffees I order online and I rarely get reimbursed.

We order two meals. One double cheeseburger only cheese and a bacon king meal no mayo, no cheese, with extra tomatoes. None of of modifications were followed on either of the meals.. dbl cheese has ketchup, mustard and pickles on it. The bacon king has cheese and mayo on it. We were not able to eat either of our meals due to dietary restrictions. Even the doctor pepper was completely water. Like melted snow in a Walmart parking lot.
In the past I have even recieved stale bread on my burgers from this location this store needs to be shut down to retrain and rehire competent people the management here should be embarrassed that this is the product quality that they serve

Messed up my order which is fine everyone is human. But since I had to wait for them to fix it I asked for a refill. Apparently they don’t do refills in the drive thru. So I had to go inside and get refill it myself
