I purposefully ordered an hour before they close so they'd be less busy while they made it. I ordered a large side of queso and two tortillas, did they come in the order? no. at least I got a burrito bowl at all, the past few times I visited this location, sometimes it would just be corn and meat in an empty bowl. I usually don't pay mind when they forget to add extra ingredients that I paid for, but they really went above and beyond in the worst ways for this order.

I know working in food service sucks, but when I was at a chipotle we would always double check that orders were correct before handing out bags. I guess the managers just don't care here. Save your money and go to the Hastings Chipotle instead.

Burritos wrapped like a square, and chips are consistently very stale. Dining room is often quite a mess. Especially around the corner.
I think I'm moving on from chipotle—regardless of the location, it feels like a declining standard of quality and service.

This store is inconsistent. I've come here 4 times. I've had two good experiences and I've received someone else's order once. My last trip was terrible. They were busy and I got what felt like half portions when I asked for extra. The meal was smaller that what I'd even consider a normal order would be.

I order online for pickup.

Do not tip and don't go here. They don't care.

Always a good place to grab a burrito or bowl.
The dining room needed some attention, cleaning tables and emptying the garbage.
Seems like there's a lot more of the lack of service these days.

The poor folks at this location can't get a delivery order right a majority of the time. Either they leave something out of the order (most often chips) or they make something completely different than what's ordered. Best to go in person and avoid delivery

I have come to this Chipotle a few times and the food always turns out fine. I think that it’s the atmosphere and the workers here that need improvements. It seems like I’m a bother to them and that they are always in a rush to complete my order. The craziest part is, they are not even that busy. I don’t understand it, but the service here was lacking.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and unfortunately, the quality of the food has been consistently disappointing. Each time, the food has tasted old and not fresh, which significantly detracts from the dining experience. It's clear that there needs to be a focus on improving the freshness and quality of the ingredients used. Until these changes are made, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Went there on my lunch break and tried to enter the building. But they were late opening. I and several others had to wait 15 minutes to get in to order food. This is a fairly common occurrence

This Chipotle has gone downhill and the food made us literally sick. It used to be really good but now the food looks very old like it has been sitting up there for days.
