The poor folks at this location can't get a delivery order right a majority of the time. Either they leave something out of the order (most often chips) or they make something completely different than what's ordered. Best to go in person and avoid delivery

I have come to this Chipotle a few times and the food always turns out fine. I think that it’s the atmosphere and the workers here that need improvements. It seems like I’m a bother to them and that they are always in a rush to complete my order. The craziest part is, they are not even that busy. I don’t understand it, but the service here was lacking.

I have visited this restaurant multiple times, and unfortunately, the quality of the food has been consistently disappointing. Each time, the food has tasted old and not fresh, which significantly detracts from the dining experience. It's clear that there needs to be a focus on improving the freshness and quality of the ingredients used. Until these changes are made, I cannot recommend this restaurant.

Went there on my lunch break and tried to enter the building. But they were late opening. I and several others had to wait 15 minutes to get in to order food. This is a fairly common occurrence

Shae (or Shay) was wonderful!! I told her it was my first time at chipotle and to please give me her best recommendations on what to put in my bowl. I had came from a TikTok video and the bowl had steak in it so I got steak, but she told me her favorite was the new brisket and the service was so great I'll definitely be back again specifically to the Rosemount one in hopes that she's the one there to help me! She was great at making me feel comfortable and joking around with me like we were friends. Her station was also very clean! Shout out to shae!!

Lied to me and told me they don’t have 3Pointers came in the next day magically the lady rung me up for a 3Pointer ,Came in the next day no more three pointers I cal customer service they tell me the restaurant discontinued the 3p, I go back the next day and literally they lady gives me the 3pointer…tried to go back today and they wanted to charge me a different price,I told them you can keep it…went to a different chipotle and they honored the 3pointer… I’m not sure why this restaurant is making up prices…when I been coming here for a year + either sell the 3Pointer or don’t .. it shouldn’t be up to their discretion… nobody is going to pay $14 for rice and chicken when it can be brought at the store for wayyy cheaper…. I can make a whole mean for 3 for that price …here is my receipt after I left this one and went right into the cottage grove one to show they still have a 3pointer they just want to make up their own prices

Won't be back anytime soon. 0ur food was meh, but the restaurant was very dirty. All the tables and floors had spilled food. The garbage was full. It wasn't THAT busy that someone could have been cleaning a little.
