For a fast-food place, it was GREAT. We came in with coupons two afternoons in a row and found Gaby (I believe that was her name), the GM, taking our order. She was INCREDIBLY professional and organized, and so was her team. I rarely see anything like this in a fast-food restaurant; most places mess up your order or make a fuss over coupons. The restaurant was impeccably clean and inviting. The food was even quite tasty: a step up from McDonald's, for sure. Why don't more people come here? Loved the fries and their Deluxe Cheeseburger, especially! The cherry-dipped cone was a real treat. I'll be back.

The staff looked like they’d all just collectively survived a tornado made of soft-serve machines and broken dreams. No one was rude — they were just operating in a dimension where time and customer service laws have no meaning.
The dining area had the ambiance of a post-apocalyptic cafeteria where humanity gathers to remember what food used to be like.
Would I go back?
Absolutely not.
But the experience will haunt me forever, so I guess I got something for my money.

One of the workers full on sighed in our faces when we walked in, and it’s not like we walked in just before close or anything. A different time we came in and a bunch of workers were back there yelling and dropping slurs and everything.

This is the worst Dairy Queen I’ve ever been to. My husband and I ordered cones and they were TINY. For the price point, it’s absolutely unacceptable. Save your money and get an ice cream cone at the McDonald’s across the street. A third of the price and way bigger. Not to mention, the staff were incredibly rude and acted like they didn’t want to be there.

i went inside dairy queen today to buy a cake and was hoping someone could write on it and i went and asked this lady if she could write on the cake and she gave me a terrible attitude and asked someone else to do it instead. I don’t know if she was in a bad mood or i said something wrong?? next time you go to to rosemount dairy queen don’t bother asking the short woman with black hair and fake eyelashes to write it cause clearly she doesn't like her job. i saw her holding her phone the whole time too, very gross wash your hands please!!

I went here today with my 4 year old daughter. The ice cream was great. We did dine-in. My car was parked over by the bushes close to the employee smoking area/back employee entrance. As my child and I were walking back to my car a couple Dairy Queen employees threw a firework/stink bomb out at us. I heard them laughing and run inside through the back door. The smoke got into our faces and my eyes were burning for hours. I called Rosemount PD and filed a police report. I’m very upset. I expected better from your employees. Maybe you should take a look into that. This can be considered an assault.

Went here to get an ice cream cake for my wife's birthday. Was delighted to find that they had a smaller option for those of us that don't necessarily want a whole cake sitting in the freezer for the next month taking up space, so I was very happy to see that. They did have plenty of ice cream cakes in the cooler though. No complaints about the service. It was good. I give my stamp of approval and recommend this particular DQ location.

I’ve been to this location multiple times for a blizzard and every time it has been a show. The employees are very unprofessional and it seems to be just a place for them to hang out. Today was the last time going to this location. Most of the employees were outside while a car ahead of us sat at the drive through speaker. When the employee finally decided to answer, he was very rude to the guy and seemed angry that he was there. We ended up leaving at and going to Culver’s.

The franchise owner should clean house and get a grip of their operation.

I am only giving 1 star cause we actually received our food we ordered, but every single time we come to this location, the workers don’t seem to care what’s happening, who’s hearing their convos, or any sense of time management. The location is very convenient for us, but we have now resorted to going to Culver’s just because of the customer service at this Dairy Queen. We’ve tried this location multiple times and every experience was the same.

We went in for an early lunch. Fourth of July. It was very chilly inside which was nice because it was so hot outside. Food was excellent, service was very good.

Awful. Sat in the drive thru for 10 mins. Then they handed out melted ice cream (no flip because it had sat there 10 mins melting already). I asked them to remake and they told me they would give me a refund instead. Honestly taking the refund was the smart thing as the young staff they had working were on their phones while making food (gross!!) save yourself the headache and go to the local ice cream shops!!

I have normally had a decent experience here. But after today, it was bad. Took the kids at least 5 minutes or more to ce from the back and come up to help us. And they all looked at us but still didnt move. And then once someone did come, they had a horrible attitude because we made they stop talking and being LAZY.

The food was ok, but seriously the staff is the worst. Waited 20min for a mobile order that was wrong, got nothing but sassiness from the chick at the counter, then no apology or even remorse for the error. Just straight shitty attitude and horrible service. I totally expected better
