Every time I go to this location I get the worst service. The "kids" are always very short and rude over the speaker, don't know how to make a product or know the words thank you. I went there tonight to get my son and mom something. I ordered a small cone and a small Mr. Freeze with a dollop of icecream on top, which is the original way to make it. The kid had no idea so he put his manager on. She said she can't give me a dollop on top because she has to charge me for another product or it's giving away free food and a waste. Wth?! I will not go back to that location.

Disgusting, there was a pile of toppings that fell out of the blizzards they were making and the staff was sitting there wiping the same section of counters. We were sitting there for ten minutes waiting to pay, staff were all on there phone, no gloves, they were all yelling at each other. They all looked at us multiple times but never opened the window to let us know what was happening. Finally got our food after listening to the 3 staff messing around.

I have been going to the rosemount location, and every time I get a chicken strip meal and every time Iam asked what sauce I would like and when my meal comes it comes without sauce , today I went to ask .for it and was told I would have to pay for it , had to remind staff it came with meal. Would help if staff stop gossiping and paid attention to customers

The workers at this Dairy Queen location were extremely rude and unprofessional, openly swearing at each other and making inappropriate comments like, “Is it because I’m Mexican?” This created a tense and uncomfortable environment for customers, something that is completely unacceptable in any professional setting. To make matters worse, the manager was absent from the situation, sitting in the back and doing nothing to address the behavior of the staff. The lack of leadership allowed this behavior to continue unchecked, which reflects poorly on the store’s management.

On top of the inappropriate behavior, the cleanliness of the establishment was appalling and a direct violation of health codes. It was cold inside, there were toppings scattered across the counter, and a half-open, spoiled banana was left sitting out in plain sight. This is not only unsanitary but also a clear breach of Dairy Queen’s health and safety standards. Given the state of the store, it’s evident that they are neglecting basic cleanliness practices, and they are in desperate need of a thorough health inspection. I fully intend to report this location to the health department to ensure corrective action is taken.

Moreover, the workplace environment was highly toxic. One female employee was being verbally assaulted and demeaned by her male co-workers, with no intervention from management. Dairy Queen has strict guidelines for employee conduct, and this location is clearly violating those standards by allowing harassment and abusive behavior to occur. It was distressing to witness, and I felt deeply sorry for the female employee who was treated with such disrespect. This kind of mistreatment not only violates Dairy Queen’s code of conduct but also basic human decency. Immediate action needs to be taken to address these issues to protect both customers and employees alike.

I would like to give this DQ a second chance but with what I saw I don’t think I can.

Service is just plain bad. Not pleasant workers, very very slow. Seriously slow. Food is good though. Updated- my recent blizzard contained nearly all ice cream and virtually no toppings. What the heck is this??

We ordered our food and we waited 10 minutes and it still hasn't came out and it was cold when it came out so we went up to grab it and nobody was going to bring it to us even though they told us they were the spoons were very dirty and the cake freezer was dripping water it wasn't cold at all.
