Great pizza, but their app/website keeps getting my address wrong on my orders even though my address is correct in the online portal. I keep correcting it, and their system keeps getting it wrong! Dominoes corporate needs to fix their online ordering system immediately. Other than that, good pizza.

Ordered online. When I went to pick up the pizza I was aknowledged right away when I walked in. Had short wait while they finished up my order, good to know it was hot and fresh. Staff were busy and hardworking. Pizza was great.

We love Domino's pan pizza , they have really upped their game on flavor. They accidentally sent 2 of the same pizza's when we asked for 2 different ones, but they comped the next pizza for free.

I won’t go to my local Dominoes because the quality and service is terrible so I place orders at the Rosemount location and drive to pick up. I would say 9/10 I usually am very happy with this location but the last two times the quality is just not there. We ordered the $20 deal and added wings. The wings did not look like the picture online for sure. They were soft and soggy and barely had any bbq sauce. The two pizzas were both pepperoni and one was great and the other was burnt and appeared to have no cheese. In a day where fast food is getting more and more expensive I expect to have better quality than this. One top if it the chance of getting thru to anyone at the store is impossible.

Okay so I live in cottage grove MN, and I work over here in Rosemount, MN, my order is very simple either medium or small pepperoni hand tossed pretty much every time. The cottage grove location, where I live, messes up my order almost everytime and it boggles my mind… I’ve ordered from the Rosemount location quite a few times now maybe 10 times and I haven’t had a mess up with any of my orders, not one. And honestly it should be that way when your spending money. Every once and a while sure, people aren’t perfect. But when I’m surprised that an order is correct at the cottage grove location? that’s not okay. Anyway I don’t have any names of the employees working tonight, but the date is 2/26/2024 and the manager working tonight was fantastic! And same goes to all the employees! my pizza was perfecto! Thanks I’ll be recommending this location to those I know

Ever since Dominoes changed receipes, we can't tell you how much we love the coupon special of buy 2 items and add on any more for the same price.Try these combos.Med pan, bbq sauce, bacon and beef, or bacon and steak, or bacon and pepperoni-awesome.Med pan garlic parm or alfredo sauce and either chicken or sausage with extra spinach is good one too.Enjoy.
I spent an hour between the website and the app just trying to get it to take a payment. I called the store and the manager said there was nothing they could do. I finally got it to work and contacted the store to let them know our precise location as I couldn't choose pinpoint delivery. He reviewed the order and said it was a cheese pizza. I corrected him and said it was an alfredo pan pizza with mushroom and extra cheese. He just said "yeah", so I assumed he understood what I said. When I opened it up it was a cheese pizza on original crust with tomato sauce. I called the store back hoping they would replace the pizza I received with the pizza I wanted. I called the store back and got a manager, Lauren, who said she could just give me a store coupon. I said I just wanted a replacement and she claimed she could not do it even after I explained it was a completely different pizza. She even continued to argue with me and said I ordered a cheese pizza when I stated very clearly I ordered mushroom and I even remember choosing the toppings. This has been a horrible experience that has taken up my evening and I won't be ordering from them again.
