Their sashimi lunch deal is my favorite, generous portions, perfectly sliced, and it even comes with a fresh salad. We have been enjoying Fuji Sushi in Rosemount for years now. All of the ingredients are amazingly fresh and provide for an amazing taste and dining experience. Everything is prepared professionally, quickly, and with care and a smile. There is a small eat-in area. Everything is plated and packaged so perfectly, it is very convenient to pick up and enjoy at home. Rated one of the top sushi experiences in the Twin Cities with a reasonable price as well. If you want a family-owned community restaurant that really cares about its customers, try Fuji Sushi Rosemount for yourself.

I have become addicted to their sushi. Not a place you’d sit at but absolutely perfect for take-out when you want a sushi night at home. They have fair prices and their lunch specials are unbeatable to be honest. 3 salmon rolls for like $12 after tax is crazy. The staff/owners are always very nice when I come in. For the price it’s a 10/10.
