We have been enjoying Fuji Sushi in Rosemount for years now. All of the ingredients are amazingly fresh and provide for an amazing taste and dining experience. Everything is prepared professionally, quickly, and with care and a smile. There is a small eat-in area. Everything is plated and packaged so perfectly, it is very convenient to pick up and enjoy at home. Rated one of the top sushi experiences in the Twin Cities with a reasonable price as well. I have become addicted to their sushi. Not a place you’d sit at but absolutely perfect for take-out when you want a sushi night at home. They have fair prices and their lunch specials are unbeatable to be honest. 3 salmon rolls for like $12 after tax is crazy. The staff/owners are always very nice when I come in. For the price it’s a 10/10.

This is a small strip mall restaurant with limited seating so they seem to focus on takeout orders. We ate there in person for a quick dinner. Service was fast and the food was delicious. We ordered a two sushi rolls, edamame, and gyoza and had almost no leftovers! My kids are already asking for more and we are there just yesterday.
Parking: Plenty of parking off street.
Kid-friendliness: If you have kids who love sushi, this is a great spot for them.

The Dynamite Roll was an explosion of flavors—perfectly spicy and incredibly fresh. The Out of Control Roll was a delightful combination of textures and tastes, showcasing the chef’s creativity and skill. The Gyoza were cooked to perfection, with a crispy exterior and a savory filling that made for a perfect starter.
If you’re in the area and craving sushi, Fuji Sushi is the place to go. I can’t wait to return and try more of their delicious offerings! Highly recommended!

They have a vegetarian section on the menu. Make sure to tell them you want them vegan.
I ordered my two rolls- sweet potato and AAC (avocado, asparagus, and cucumber). I verified there were no meat products, and she concurred and said she offered up that they would leave a custard off the roll. I appreciated that.
