I usually like the food however I ordered a $125 salad for a Christmas party and after the first few people took some we found a ladybug in the salad. I ordered on Friday and called on Monday after contemplating if I should say something I called to talk to them about it and the gentleman on the phone said “ I will not talk to you” then hung up. Would have eaten there again but not after that customer service.

The star rating here is an incredible head scratcher. The food is marginal at best. I can only assume something has changed between all of those 5-star reviews and today. Hubby and I have a shared birthday weekend. Craving Italian, I said - Guiseppes, let’s try it!

To start - the sangria was super popular and highly recommended by other reviewers. It tasted of cheap red wine masked by a sweet fruit flavored syrup. Definitely not “sangria”. Strike 1.

Caesar salad - large enough to share, tasted as though the dressing was homemade. No croutons. Consists of romaine, cucumbers (odd) Parmesan cheese and dressing. 2.5 stars.

Sausage di Sicilia - the pasta was over cooked to the point that when you pick it up with a fork the penne tore apart. Mushy pasta is never a great way to start your first bite. The meatballs were squishy, definitely premade frozen meatballs. Disappointing as we had heard they make their dishes from scratch. Strike 2.

Carbonara is a cross between carbonara (it has ham not pancetta) and Alfredo. The creamy sauce was full of garlic. Very very creamy. Not your traditional carbonara and they say as much in the menu but this was just laden with cream, super heavy and lacked depth of flavor as all you can taste is cheese. Strike 3.

The worst part of this disappointing culinary experience was what I saw after the meal. Glad it was after and not before, although we didn’t eat much as over half of our entrees were left on the plate and refused boxes. The decor is abundant which is fine, but the thick layer of dust covering each and every picture frame, banjo hanging in the wall, grapevine leaf, etc made my stomach turn. Perhaps health dept requirements are only kitchen bound but someone really needs to do a deep clean here. It’s like going into your grandmothers house who hasn’t dusted since the 1990’s. Definitely put a damper on our overall dismal experience and grossed me out enough to say we will neverbe back.

I hate leaving low-star reviews on small businesses. I really do. Having been a Google guide for several years, I rely on the experiences of others to guide me. As such, I felt compelled to share this experience with others to help them make an informed decision before choosing to dine here. At least you’ll know what to expect.

This is my favorite hidden gem restaurant! I've been frequently over the years and it's always amazing. Most recently, my family took me here for my birthday dinner. Everyone's food was delicious. We couldn't stop eating their garlic bread with olive oil as a starter. The service was excellent. We love the Italian family feel they have. And to top it all off, they sang happy birthday with a slice of scrumptious cheesecake with a candle. Our family will continue to come back again and again!

Kid-friendliness: We had our 7 year old with us and there were numerous younger kids in the restaurant while we were there. It was a good experience.

Generous portions — be prepared to leave with a full stomach and potentially some leftovers! The house salad is delicious and so is the bread with dipping oil.

A beautiful authentic Italian eatery. Warm and inviting, delicious food prepared fresh, served with warm fresh bread and seasoned oil ( their unique creation )for dipping.

Absolutely loved this restaurant. First time they're and the service was excellent. Staff was so friendly and hospitable. They went out of their way to make us comfortable and welcome. Food was our of this world. And the bread and oil at this beginning was fabulous! Can't say enough good about it! Will be back!

An unassuming little gem tucked away in a strip mall. My wife and I were thoroughly pleased with the atmosphere. My only worry was the service, which I don't know if they were short staffed or something else, but my wife had wanted a glass of wine with her lunch and no one asked us what we wanted to drink besides water. I felt like I was rushed to pay and get out also. Besides that, our food was absolutely fantastic. Right on par with Yarusso Brothers or Cossetta's in my opinion. Personally my favorite is the tortellini. If you find yourself in the area and are in the mood for Italian I would recommend this restaurant.

Every time we eat at Giuseppe’s, we are in awe of the quality of everything we’ve ever tried on the menu. It is a small, intimate restaurant with attentive staff and large portioned dishes that are lovingly crafted. Whether you’re just looking for some comfort food or to have a special evening out, I cannot recommend Giuseppe’s high enough!

I picked up the food brought it home. It was one of the worst Italian food I have ever ordered. The sauce is definitely from a can and not homemade the Parmesan was just strips of chicken mixed in with linguine and mozzarella on top. Definitely not chicken

Wife and I arrived @ 7:00 on 11/3.. We were seated right away, water and bread were brought to our table also .. We looked at the menu, decided and was waiting on our server.. 30 minutes went by and decided to leave after zero wait staff came over, no app order, no drink order.. nothing.. frustrating for a rare date night, parties were seated after us already had drinks, and ordered. I would ask not to be seated in the two person tables in the cove if you visit next go around..
