Went through the drive thru and had to repeat ourselves 3-4 times because the guy kept on getting it wrong. We went up to the next window still not knowing what we were getting and it was the same guy. He talked way too fast and we could not understand a word. We canceled the order and went inside. However, he was very nice we just couldn’t understand him. The main problem occurred when we went in. We started placing an order on the incredibly slow machines and noticed I couldn’t change the size of my drink so we went to the front to order with a human. I had to lean over the counter just so an employee would notice us only for the manager to say “can I help you?” Like ummm yeah, I said “we would like to place an order” and she pointed to the machines and said we could order there. I told her it wasn’t working out for us and wanted to order with a person. I couldn’t even finish my sentence as she said “ok then I can help you guys at the machine” as she started to walk around the counter. Wow. The lack of help and overall disrespect from that woman was incredible. Me and my dad left very upset and hungry. We tried all 3 ways of ordering and NONE of them worked. Terrible experience we’re never going to this location again because of how we were treated.

i ordered food and told them i was fasting and needed it in 10 minutes, they gave it to my friends who ordered the same time as us and we got our food way after them. the last time i was hear they got my order wrong.

This place gets my order wrong AT LEAST every other time. They are rude about it too. Old and cold fries at NOON!

I doubt anyone is reading reviews of McDonald’s but hopefully the management and owner is. I wouldn’t go here at all if it wasn’t one of the allergy friendly options for my son.

The food here tastes good, but it is not healthy for you, so come here at your own risk. I pretty much only get the cookies and fries, which are always delicious every time, but the service through the drive thru is not the best. I went through the drive thru, and I know you are trying to get people out fast, but you just handed me my food and said nothing else and was confused. Having the workers say have a great day or say here you go when they see the customers will clear up some confusion and make the customers' day a little better.

Poorly made caramel frappe
They could’ve just told me they washed the blender already instead of letting me order a blended drink and not blend it just a cup full of drink and ice. Disgusting.

I guess this McDonalds is totally out of straws. Twice in a row I’ve gone I’ve NOT received a straw for my drink. Is that extra now? Do I have to ask for it? Why do I even pay for a drink!

They consistently get your order on. The person at the window taking payments never gives you a receipt even when you ask for one. The people at this location needs to be retrained on how to do that job properly

We ordered a breakfast sandwich on the app 45min prior to our arrival. They couldn't find our record even though we showed them the email confirmation and the code to scan. Then we talked to Heidi. She was very short and bitchy. She needs to learn how to communicate with people better. We had to go inside to explain it again. This time we spoke with the manager named Erica. She was a lot more pleasant. She was able to figure it out. This is our 3rd time having trouble with the same thing. We won't be coming back there.
