I miss the old pizza hut days. Pizza hut has always been a go to when needing to feed lots of hungry kids and always satisfied the kids.

Like many of these other orders, I placed an order online, and it was accepted and took my money. When I arrived, the store was closed. I had to jump through Hoops to get someone on the phone to get a refund. They have had issues in the past with a lack of toppings or misplaced orders, but to come to find out that they just refuse to show to work but still take your money seems scummy.

I have ordered from this location a handful of times in 2024. The last few times, the orders have been wrong or not to the specifications of the order. I gave this location one last shot last night, even after people complaining on Facebook. Placed my order at 5pm. Got confirmation and checked the order 20 minutes later. MY ORDER WAS CANCELLED!! Thankfully I had an easy backup for dinner, but this is unacceptable. This location needs to close if they cannot properly serve their customers.

I have ordered from this location seven times in the year 2024. I have had issues with all but one order. It’s almost as if the employees don’t bother reading the orders and just decide what kind of pizza you are going to get. Extra sauce ordered? You’ll get the tiniest amount - the pizza is basically just cheese bread at this point. Want pan pizza crust? Flip a coin as to if that’s what you’ll actually find in your box. Want pepperoni? Better be okay getting sausage. The lone order that was done correctly gave me a sliver of hope, but I don’t think I can continue ordering from this location any longer. Also, it seems like the store is often closed at random with employees not wanting to show up. Seems as if the entire store could use a complete overhaul and retraining on how to actually make the pizzas that Pizza Hut sells and that customers order. Hopefully they can turn things around, but I won’t hold my breath.

I ordered online on a Sunday during football season. The app took my order said it would be ready at 4. I get there and the store is closed and locked. I spoke with a neighbor asking if they know why they're closed and they said the manager does this often when he doesn't feel like working. He just doesn't show up to open for the day. I looked inside and saw a long list of printed receipts, probably from online orders where they took all the money from them but weren't open to make them.

Last night we ordered a stuffed crust pizza and some cheesy bread via telephone. They repeated our order, the address, and Stated the payment went threw and our order would be delivered within 40 minutes.. About an hour and a half later, our order had not arrived. (We live 0.2 miles away) . We called the store and the answering machine stated something about we our closed now but if you placed an order, we are "working hard " to deliver.... we'll almost 3 hours later, we decided to order domino's which arrived with in 30 minutes. And we never did get our pizzahut...... so if your actually looking to eat. Order elsewhere.
We ordered for delivery at 10:04pm when they close at 11, we got order confirmation and got charged and got the email confirmation also. We were tracking the order and when it was getting closer to 11 it kept saying that the order was still being prepared. So we were confused and wondering why but still waited until 11pm to try to figure out what was happening. They didn't call us. Didn't email us. NOTHING. Food never showed up and refunded our card at 11:05pm. If you can make the food or deliver it, at leave give the people a call that ordered.

The last two times I’ve ordered from this location it’s been a disaster. Between absolutely zero quality control to careless employees not paying attention to a 3 item order without getting it wrong by giving me a COMPLETELY different item on a SLOW night where no orders were coming in and I was the only one in the store beside the one worker. No pleasant greeting or a simple hello, just a “idgaf attitude here’s your receipt peace.” I would avoid this location at all costs. Some of the employees are nice and do their job but this one specific worker was terrible.
