They forgot my pretzel baconater. It was like $8 sandwich and they forgot it ! I tried calling them 5 times when I got home and they won’t answer to resolve this issue ! I want a refund !

I had the chicken bacon Asiago ranch sandwich and my husband had the classic chicken sandwich. Both were delicious and the fries were very tasty.The employees were friendly and the space was very clean.

I requested to get my food hot and fresh, but they gave me the fries first and after 6 minutes they gave me the sandwiches. I asked the manager if I could get the fries and the sandwiches together and she refused it. Then a worker told us to order the next time in English and she also said that we probably don’t even speak English. I decided to leave and go to another place.

I heard this location was horrible and found out today it is. The manager Darius a female wanted to argue after pouring too much syrup on 2 of our sandwiches. Instead of just exchanging them for a lesser value sandwich. I just pulled off instead of arguing with her over something so

This isn’t the first time this place has managed to screw up a simple order of a crispy chicken sandwich with no mayo and add ketchup. I get my order and it has no ketchup, and does have mayo. The worst part is that I order through the app and so it is doordashed. I’m unable to travel to the location to pick up a replacement so my only option I was given was to pay another delivery fee for a new one and pay for the replacement. And usually they mess up by adding a tomato I didn’t ask for but no this time nothing I asked for was right.
Went for lunch this past Saturday, and the wait staff was great. Patient and caring for the customer. Food was hot and delicious. Love Wendy's fries! Best in the fastfood industry. Restaurant was very clean as well.

Wendy's, the last bastion of fast food burgers, fries and stuff, is slippin, man. At least this particular joint is. Not going back. Food was gross. Plain and simple. Pretty bummed. You could never go wrong with Wendy's. Unless I can find a different franchise nearby, I can't say this with confidence anymore. I hope your Wendy's is better than mine. Smh oh and did I mention the price? It was extortion. Dave's #1 combo in a double. Almost 17 bucks in gross cafeteria warm dry tasteless feed. Yes I said feed.
