Caribou Coffee at Rosedale Center offers exceptional customer service with a friendly team always ready to greet customers. The place is sparkling clean with a great atmosphere, serving excellent beverages and food under new management. They provide vegetarian options like roasted tomato and a fully vegan food item called the JUST Egg Flatbread. The staff, including Max, are sweet and accommodating, always greeting customers with warm welcomes. Customers enjoy the refreshers, energy drinks, and frozen strawberry smoothie, with many returning for the confetti cookie and chai. Despite some inconsistencies in service, the overall experience at Caribou Coffee is highly recommended for a pleasant dining time.
