The prices were really high and their was very little assistance from staff. Very impersonal and the burgers were overdone, and their signature gravy was blah and water. It had no flavor at all. I'm very disappointed.

Parking: Their is a single stall bathroom downstairs. Otherwise, you have to use the elevator to use the restroom.

I like the place in general, but as a part time DoorDasher, I don't like being disrespected by the manager and have it assumed I'm stealing food as if I'm not a tax paying homeowner. I've never stolen anything in my life and DoorDashers cannot steal food without being deactivated.

Educate the managers (especially the one yesterday) on the differences between working class tax paying people who actually own homes, and transient people who...

I am from the Chicagoland area. This is one of my favorite restaurants from back there. My Italian beef was a little short on the meat and had very little hot peppers on it. I travel across the metro area for this restaurant. Please don't play games with this food. Keep the standard the same as it should be.
