Just ok, I prefer other places for hotpot/kbbq. They're food is alright, seems like the grills are not collecting smoke properly so the smell of smoke is really bad to the point it feels like there is a fog machine running. Service is slow, you order on an iPad and that food comes fast but asking for a waiter to change the burnt grill or get anything else for you is a hassle.

It is so nice to order on a tablet instead of constantly being checked on how the food is. Everyone has their own heat plate and drinks included. The food is almost all frozen so you have to cook though, which takes a while. Busy days, the wait can be up to an hour.

Arrived at 9pm, told us they stop dining people already. Website hours said they open until 10pm. Don’t waste your time if you plan to come after 9pm.

Intensely mediocre kbbq experience. I'm a madman for kbbq. Grew up in Korea eating it often and have continued to do so where we I end up. Rapid fire: kimchi was too sweet, spicy pork was too sweet, pork belly was cut so poorly and was a weird thickness. Probably need to sharpen their slicers. Beef bulgogi was not bulgogi at all. More accurate to call it a black peppered steak. The only meat option that felt authentic with traditional flavors was the short rib, and even then you would generally expect a short rib that is more marinated. The soybean paste which is the traditional pairing for galbi was a thin almost watery consistency.
They had good bean sprout kimchi and cucumber kimchi was delicious.
All in all not worth the 40$ per person despite the included treats

I was there a couple hours ago (3:45-ish P.M on a Saturday) for the first time since I was last there. (around the time the place opened)

Just like any other hot-pot & kbbq place where you order off a tablet, make your own sauce at the sauce bar, cook your food yourself, all that type of stuff.

Music isn’t as loud as it used to be (which is good, the music was so loud my first time)
Place gets very smoky with all the grills going, though. (this is in the middle of winter, but maybe an all-year thing?)

The staff were pretty efficient with service and professional towards myself & parents, even though they warned that lack of staffing might make things slow at the door. (wasn’t a problem, but maybe for large groups?)
Specifically, a female employee (asian, maybe in her 20’s (?), VERY long braid) was very helpful, attentive, and seemed very sweet, even though her & the rest of the staff were scrambling around to attend to all the tables.

One critique I experienced today is that I wish they’d split the bokchoy into more individual pieces, because it was just split in half into two huge chunks. As I was eating, I dropped it into my broth and it splashed on my grey hoodie and such. (yeah I know that’s on me🫠)

Also, yeah my family had to pay before being seated seemingly like many others and the price is kinda steep ($40 a person or something for both Hot-Pot & KBBQ, cheaper if you only do one or the other), btw.

Overall, solid place, but it’s slightly far from where I’m at.

I found it weird as soon as we got in they made us pay. Other patrons We're giving a check after they were done eating. The food quality was poor especially the seafood.

Food is definitely worth it. It's mostly self service. There are sauce options on separate sections. Nice parking. Very enjoyable with group

The food here is delicious! But the customer service is the worst. This is a buffet restaurant, so we can eat as much as we want, but a waiter came to our table and said we were eating too much (idk if he’s joking or not but for me, it doesn’t seems like it). When we finished eating, they usually serve ice cream, and three people in my family ordered three ice cream while I was in the restroom. When I returned, I asked the waiter for a serving of ice cream, and he said he had already given three servings to the people at my table and couldn't give any more because of restaurant policy... like, we were a group of five, and the restaurant only allowed us three servings of ice cream?!?!? In the end, I didn't get any and just left the place.

Besides that, the other waiters were very nice, it was just this one guy who was so stingy. I will never come back to this place again.

I've been to many hotpot locations and this place did not blow my mind. The food selection was very average but the establishment was lackluster in other departments. The table we were seated at was dirty and not wiped down at any point. We made several sauces, multiple with nothing sweet added, yet the sauces were all very sweet for some reason. The ambiance was not the most relaxing but the staff were friendly enough. High pricing given there are cheaper places close by that do this much better.

The dessert cake was actually pretty delicious though. 😋
