our burgers aren't even warm enough for the cheese to melt and our fries are cold. thankfully we aren't in the area often, because we just wasted $25 on food for 3 of us. I refuse to go back and have them fix it, for fear of retaliation.

If I could give a location 0 stars, it would be this one... Absolutely terrible customer service. THEY messed up on my chicken sandwich and when I went in to have them fixed it, they tried to blame me and tried to make me pay for a new sandwich that again THEY messed up. And when they “fixed” it, it was burnt. Mind you this was the only thing I ordered besides (2) 4 piece nuggets. They were not busy at all, so how you could mess up 1 sandwich is beyond me.
