“I drove by this hidden gem weeks ago and finally was able to stop in for lunch today. I gotta say that this is some of the best tasting food I have experienced in Minnesota since returning home. I tried the Picadillo meal which was perfectly seasoned and not over salted like some places do. The rice was a perfect consistency and a freshy made salsa added a little kick to the meal. The customer service was top notch and I will definitely be back to try some of the other menu items. A+++“

“By far one of the best Mexican food truck gems in MN!! They are consistent in generous portion sizes, great customer service, & the flavors are superior. Everything is great & you cannot make a wrong choice!!! The birria tacos, burritos, tamales, quesadillas, etc....so SO good and I couldn't recommend them enough!!! Maria is a gem of her own, & her food is something I could eat every day and never get tired of it!! It's been a blessing I work less than a mile from the food truck & the company i work for LOVES bringing business here!! We allll love it & grateful they're right next to us! They have even catered some of our work events and always request La Maria's!!!!“

“First of all, what a cozy little corner. There’s parking on site and a small table set up! The menu is pretty diverse, and the portions for what we got to eat is soo worth the price… not to mention the actual food!!! Finally found a traditional Mexican food truck with extra options for those who are adventurous…
