Whiskey Creek BBQ Reviews
This is the best BBQ I've had since living down south and honestly I think I like the flavor better. I'm picky with pork, and I hate when it's too chewy/fatty/greasy. I avoid making it at home for that reason. These brisket sliders with spicy BBQ sauce were TO DIE FOR! They're on the appetizer menu, but the portions are big enough that it could be a meal for 3 people with an order of a side or two. Whiskey Creek BBQ is a BBQ spot praised for its quality cue. The food truck offers a 4 meat platter, and the sausage is excellent. The ribs are awesome, done right, and the sauce is just right without overpowering the meat. The brisket is another quality piece of meat with a perfect cook. The brisket sliders with spicy BBQ sauce are TO DIE FOR, and the portions are big enough that they could be a meal for 3 people with an order of a side or two. There are 3 sauce options: sweet, spicy, or raspberry chipotle, and the spicy is not overpowering and pairs really well with the smoky, melt-in-your mouth brisket. The pulled pork buffet is great for catering, with many people asking where the catering came from. The restaurant location is a little out of the way, but the patio outside is gorgeous and family-friendly, with street parking and a lot out back. The prices are consistent with quality cue and fair. The coleslaw had gone bad and the beans were a little off, but the meat was good. This is the best BBQ since living down south, and the flavor is better.
