A bit pricey but they offer coupons/promo events a lot through their Facebook page! They also host kpop events a couple times a year and they're a lot of fun. The

I went to Bap and Chicken with my bf on a Saturday evening. We were hopping to order and grab a seat but they had an event going on at the restaurant so we chose to do takeout. I chose to make my own Bibimbap bowl which included spam, rice, pineapple, cucumber, and sprouts. It was a tasty dish but I was hoping to have some more sauce. My bf ordered the burger bowl which he did not love. It wasn't as spicy as he hoped and ordered wrong. The employees we ordered with were really kind and we drank a tasty sake as we waited for our takeout.

We’ve gotten takeout a few times. The chicken sandwiches are fantastic, super crispy and has great sauce. The Bibimbap is delicious and comes in generous portions.

Since the pipes in my kitchen are frozen, we decided to have take out this year for Christnas Eve. I came to pick up my order tonight at 6;00. And a sign on the door said they had closed at 4:00pm. I called yesterday to check your hours and was told they were open until 7:00pm. I verified if i place an order for 6:00 and pick up you'll be there and was told yes. I ordered online today at 2:00 to pick up at 6:00. The order was taken & confirmed. My account was charged. They had all my contact info but I was still never notified. If at any time they would have let me know I world have came to pick up earlier. Thanjs Bap abd Chicken for leaving my family hungry on Christmas Eve.

Good Korean restaurant with friendly owner and staff. Freshly homemade Korean food. For sure it’s not like you go to Korea but it’s a neighborhood restaurant with a very Korean twist with fresh ingredients. They don’t have a large menu but it’s a decent size menu for the neighborhood it’s located at.

Yum! Yum! Yum!! This chicken is bomb!! And who knew fried tofu could taste so good?!? We also enjoyed the Korean beer! Preference given to Hite over Terra and Terra is made in Australia so that's another reason Hite is better. Spicy burger was too spicy for me and my partner loved it! I loved the rice because the more carbs the better! Service was stellar especially for a place where you order at the counter! Amazing lunch and happy hour specials! 4 HUGE drummies for $5!?!? What?!? Not in this day and age and yet it is true! Loved the Korean BQ sauce! Mmm! So good! Chicken was perfectly fried and same goes for the tofu. I mean I really don't like tofu and thought it was great! All day happy hour on Sunday! Now go get some!! Don't wait!

So freaking amazing! Jae and Ana were both fantastic! my wife doesn't usually eat Korean but she said "I think I found a place that I might like!". It was a phenomenal experience! I can't say enough good things about this place! and ask for the extra spicy kimchee. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful! And my wife suggested we come back every week! This place is a winner!

10/10 - I can't think of a single bad thing to say about this place. The food came out super fast, everything tasted fresh and fantastic!! The bap + chicken bowl is a spin on bibimbap but with fried chicken! I love the variety of veggies included in this dish, the kimchi was great but the star of the show was probably the broccolini! Also, I love mushrooms so thank you for including that in the bowl. Also, the egg was beautifully poached!! It was PERFECT! Now for the drummies, the crunch was on point! I can't remember what sauce I got, but the drummies were crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside. If you go during HH it's only $6! Aside from the delicious food, the place was really clean, well lit, great for a quick gathering with friends, and friendly service!

We saw this Korean spot near the corner of Hamline and Grand with solid ratings and had to give it a try. Parking was on the street but we didn't have any trouble finding a spot at 4pm on a Sunday. We ordered Pork Dumplings, the Bap and Chicken Bibimbap, and two Build Your Own Bap bowls, one with Pulled Pork and one with Fried Tofu. Everything was quite good - my only complaint was that the the Korean Fried Chicken was in pretty big pieces which made them hard to mix in. All-in-all it was a great meal.

I went here today because I'm a fan of kimchi and they make theirs! Plus i saw John on WCCO news and the dishes looked really tasty. I tried 2 different dishes and both were good.

If you are not familiar with the Bap and Chicken's Sunday happy hour (all day) make sure you put it at the top of your list! At the front counter, super friendly Aki helped us get our food ordered up and drinks selected. While we get great food every time we go, Anna somehow made it just a little bit more special this time and came out to check that everything was great. It was.

I thought this place looked really cool inside and had great service but personally, I didn't find the food that great. The bowls are more on the sweet side so it didn't taste like korean food to me. The chicken is crunchy but it didn't taste like anything (needed more salt/seasoning) so the dipping sauce is needed. I did enjoy their jinx tea. It's huge and perfect to share.

This is definitely not authentic Korean food. If you're looking for something Korean just avoid this restaurant. We ordered a bibimbap and it has everything that's not supposed to appear in bibimbap. My suggestion for this restaurant is to just name themselves a regular fast food restaurant that serves some Asian dish under some American imagination, so actual Asian won't be tricked by the 4.3 rating.

I showed up at noon and there were zero dine-in customers. Unsuprising given how absolutely pathetic the atmosphere is. Gloomy. Bad music videos blaring on the TV. Little kiddie stools to sit on. Awful. Fortunately I got take-out. The Korean fried chicken was hot and crispy but was entirely undistingushed in every other respect. Without sauces the chicken is a bust. The two sauces I got were tasty and zipped things up a bit. But the chicken should be crave-worthy all on it's own and it's not. When I get bibimbap I expect rice. The pork "bibimbap" has POTATOES, not rice. Had I read the fine print I would've learned that. Instead I blindly and CORRECTLY assumed bibimbap would contain rice. It even says so on their website. The kimchi was okay. The rest of the dish was lackluster. The carrots were DOA. I threw almost all of the dish in the trash. Didn't do it for me. I look forward to the next restaurant to occupy this space.
