Very surprised there's not more reviews on Google for Bar Cart! This is the best overall restaurant in St Paul in my opinion. The service, food, and cocktails are always delicious and importantly consistent. The cocktail menu is perfect in a lot of ways; bar cart specialties, classics, and seasonal options. My top recommendation for St. Paul!

Atmosphere was fun. Drinks were amazing. Very loud space. The food was fine, and I'd just get dessert and drinks next time. It was very busy on a Friday night and the service was friendly but a little slow and innatentive.

Spent 20 years in this industry. So impressed with the genuine helpfulness, teamwork, and desire to provide casual but expert service. Great solo musical performer; one of the most outstanding curated liquor collections I have seen, and multiple touchpoints by rockstars Manuek, Guyle, Elizabeth; . Old Fashioned, and hummus outstanding. Go on a Wednesday or Thursday and meet some cool peeps.

Amazing. We went randomly while in St. Paul and had an amazing night of drinks and oysters. We will be back for a full dinner experience soon, but for now it was a memorable night of cocktails and great service. Also, the music was awesome! And not to be weird, but I loved the bathroom! Well designed and well thought through place.

Finally tried after hearing excellent reviews from neighbors. Absolutely great meal for a reasonable price. Whipped feta is to die for. Nachos are fantastic. We split the huge slice of carrot cake (still couldn’t finish, took the rest home), best we’ve ever had! Cocktails were fantastic. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. A small intimate venue (which fyi could potentially be noisy on a busy night) that has a moody but relaxed vibe. We walked but large parking lot next door. Excellent date spot! We will be back!
