Good beer adequate service. I'm not gonna score against them for the live bingo but it was a bit distracting. Biggest negative are the prices. They're a bit overly proud of their way too sweet pastry stout

If you are even the minimalist of a craft beer fan, YOU MUST VISIT BARREL THEORY - period. This may be one of the very best craft breweries you'll ever find. Their specialty is Hazy's, and each one is exquisite - perfectly done. To boot, the Imperial Stout I tried was utterly fantastic! And, the gents behind the bar could not have been nicer, while the place has a pretty cool vibe. Love it! Get there!

By far the most underrated Brewery in the Twin Cities. Everything they do is top notch. From fire Hazy IPAs to the best Sour I have ever tasted (Are You New Here?). Josh has amazing music playlists and customer service.
Barrel Theory was absolutely outstanding. From the beer selections to the customer service the bartenders provided. Can’t wait to stop in again whenever the next trip up north is!

This is simply the best microbrewery in the cities as far as I'm concerned. The beer has always been excellent as they appear to really specialize in hazy IPA's and stouts and I appreciate how often they change up the taps so I can have something new to try. On top of this, the staff has always been friendly which just rounds out the experience. Great job Barrel Theory!

WOW!!! Just Wow..... can't really say enough about my "1st impression" !!!! From the moment I took my seat I felt like this place was going to be awesome..... Again, and for dramatic effect................. do not, I repeat DO NOT!!! miss the opportunity to take advantage of thos hidden gem....
