Behind the Bread Box is a Minneapolis locally sourced and produced bakery business that I can't recommend highly enough. Freshly churned butter? Mills his own wheat/oats? Incredible. The bread I received in my order made my day and gave me delicious, fluffy, and savory goods to enjoy for my week ahead. The owner and bakery Tom is a lovely man who is friendly and puts his heart and love into the bread! Can't wait to order again!
