Honestly no one should complain about this establishment. There has been an attempt at gentrification and removal of Billy's on grand for an event that had nothing to do with the owners. The need to rebrand to Gather was due to pure hated for the new branding and traction this establishment was receiving.
The music was amazing when I went. Food made with love and I am sadden to see the decline in this business when this place is a true gem.

We had a large group, and I saw 1 server for almost 30 customers.
Once I and some others got out drinks and food, it was close to an hour or more
Drinks and food were great.
I hope they can get 1 or more serving the area away from the bar.
They have LOTS of seats, but I feel it's hard for only one server when the dinner area is full.
I know many decided to go to the bar and also decided not to order food because of the services

We should have known something was up when there was no staff or customers anywhere in sight at 6:30PM.
When we started to order, our server told us that because they were out of potatoes there weren’t any French fries. How do you run out of potatoes? They’re everywhere. And this is definitely not the kind of place that makes fresh French fries.
Anyway, it only got worse from there. My dad almost broke a tooth on a bone in his small burger.
My wife and I each ordered the big beef. Mine was the Philly style. It didn’t come with cheese on it. And they didn’t have au jus, which they didn’t let us know until they brought it out. But that was probably for the best, as the beef itself was so salty it burned. It was also dry and seemed days old. We couldn’t eat them and had them taken away.
My son’s loaded fries, which were loaded tots because, again, they were out of fries, were also so salty he could only eat about a third.
And the tater tots, which we all got, were dry, tough, and seemed days old.
We pointed a handful of these issues out to our server. Among other things, she said the cook told her that the fish shrinks a lot when you pan sear it. News to me. She did ask us if we wanted anything else. So we ordered some dry wings, not dry-rubbed wings mind you, just dry wings.
At least my daughter liked her BBQ wings.
When the bill came around, all the items were still on there. We couldn’t believe it.
Then, the rest of the clientele, just one small group-the place was mostly empty and I can see why-were from an inner-city culture where everyone yells everything at everyone all the time, so the atmosphere was way off, especially my early teen and pre-teen kids.
All in all, quite the experience. Definitely not what you’d expect for $150.
Kid-friendliness: Definitely not kid friendly with the clientele’s language.

It's okay drinks are high and use cash if you can because they charge like 4 extra charges ?
I was assaulted here by security guards I was slammed on the concrete ground and pepper sprayed by one of the security guards. when they were closing and telling people to leave, I immediately walked towards the door without any problem or hesitation when they said they were closing. I dropped my bracelet in the doorway as I was walking out i turned to pick it up, I was then stopped by a security guard who told me I couldn’t re-enter Billies, I began to explain that I was just picking up my bracket that I just dropped when I felt myself being lifted up by security and thrown outside, I hit my head and almost lost consciousness, I tried to stand up to gather myself when I was peppered spayed, I was heavily intoxicated and blinded, my keys flew across the street from when I fell and I couldn’t find my phone I lost items that were in my purse and the people that we’re supposed to be with me left earlier that night I was with my sister and they were holding her back from me, because I couldn’t find my keys me and my sister had to get a ride home from complete strangers, when I woke up the next day my entire body was bruised and my pants were unbuttoned, I do not remember what happened to me after I was pepper sprayed but I know i could’ve died, I beg people please do not go to this place they need to be shut down, this also happened to me when it was my first time here!!!!

I went for the first time since the reopen. I had sooooo much fun! Beautiful people everywhere. Staff and service were super friendly. Happy vibes all over the place patrons and staff alike. Music was great! Drinks were a bit pricey so I can't go every weekend ? but I will definitely be here when I can!!! Side note ... Some tables are wobbly which caused my friend to spill a drink so seems like that would be something easy to fix! Thanks Billy's!
