Exceptional service and inventive yet familiar pizzas. It's spendy. About $12-$20 per pizza and each one serves a hungry person for lunch. But you get what you pay for. A great way to start a trip.

Surprise, Surprise! Great Pizza!!!! Being a Ny Pizza Geek, I thought I would settle for ok pizza at black sheep coal fired pizza! Pizza with fennel sausage was amazing! I are the whole damm pie! And my server was sweet and accommodating! I’ll be back!

Nice little spot in the Minneapolis airport. Coal fired pizza. Pizza is good but in an effort to provide they go overboard on the toppings. My pepperoni and Canadian bacon pizza was very salty and greasy due to the shear amount of meat. In my eyes less is more. Their quality meat in smaller portions would be fine.

Ate at the Black Sheep while traveling through MSP airport. Excellent pizza, service and at a reasonable cost. I ordered the fennel sausage and hot salami pizza which was outstanding.
I had some time to kill before my flight and didn't want airplane food for dinner. I ordered a pizza. It was a little larger than I could eat myself, so I wish they had smaller options. That aside, it was very good. The waitress was attentive and made sure my water glass kept full. Defiantly a do over next time I'm in Minnesota.

We had already eaten a bigger meal but our flight got delayed and we got a meal voucher. We decided to try this pizza and were not disappointed. It was fresh ingredients and the perfect size to share!

The pizza was really good. Its crust was good, as was it's ratio of sauce and cheese. However, I don't think it was anything special. Especially for a personal cheese pizza, a price of 10.50 is a little steep. All things considered though, if you're still the airport and in the mood for a pizza this will hit the spot.

Food was decent, but very over priced, even by airport standards. What made the experience bad, however, was that the place is understaffed. There is one server helping like 30 tables and no one is cleaning the tables for her. There is a table next to us that has been dirty for nearly a half hour and still no intent to clean it anytime soon. The floors are also pretty disgusting, which makes you wonder what the kitchen is like. Could be a great place...instead it’s obviously run terribly. The management at this location should be completely embarrassed.
