I ordered two drinks, I received one of them in a timely manner, then waited 20 minutes for my second drink while others got theirs before me.

If u like bitter boba tea, go for it. Probably the worst boba tea I've ever had. Price is pretty good though. They need to let people know if it's going to be sweet or bitter AF because all of us are used to a sweet flavor.

I’ve tried this place twice and I had bad experiences with both visits. They use cheap ingredients and their drinks are nasty. I tried the Thai tea latte and it tasted like powdered milk so it’s not authentic. I also tried a fruit tea with black tea and the drink tasted like water with syrup in it. Lastly, employees never greeted me or anyone that came in the store. The atmosphere is dark and unwelcoming and parking lot is filthy all over. Will not be back.

The tea is really good. I had the milk tea with green tea and boba and it was really good. The tea is delicious and i felt like I tasted a hint of jasmine. It was cold, creamy and refreshing. The store itself is dim and a little cluttered, but the tea is great!!

They messed up on my order and added on boba pearls when I didn’t ask for it. The cashier who rung me up was apologetic about it but the barista gave me a dirty look, snatched my drink from my hand and did not offer an apology. I’ve been there a few times and I’ll say the service from some of the staff members is a 2/5. It doesn’t hurt to be kind. I don’t think I’ll be coming back. Parking is atrocious with lots of pot holes. There are plenty of other boba shops with kinder service. I still have them a good tip because it doesn’t help if I’m not kind either.

Their classic black milk tea is wonderful. Too many milk teas don't taste like tea. Boba & Tea's is the perfect balance of smoky black tea and sweet. One of the best the best the twin cities has to offer.

I really like this spot but today they had a 30min wait sign on the window. I waited and 2 other people came behind me. So the girl finally takes the sign off and helps the other girl. I said It should have been in the order we were waiting and she then goes to say well whoever came to the window first. How could I come to the window when you clearly told me the wait time was about 10 more mins then remove the sign and help someone. It's the rudeness for me!
