I’ll start with the positive point. The waitress who served us was very nice. But the Caesar salad I got had too much of dressing on it and was kind of soggy. And the grilled chicken in the salad was kind of burnt.

The food here is amazing, but it took me almost an hour to get my drink order, and my food order also took awhile and was seemingly forgotten about until my server(who I didn’t see once in the 50 minutes before this) went into the kitchen and immediately pulled it out. This server also took 40 minutes to get me my check, and lost my card under the register even when I ended up charging it to the room. The food here is amazing don’t get me wrong, but this was some of the worst service I’ve ever had

Well..I get it.. it is at the airport.. but 12 for a local beer is crazy. Had the peppers good ... but 1/2 under cooked 1/2 over cooked.... bar didn't have change for a $20... seriously

Service is impeccable. Staff is personable and makes you feel very important and feels genuine. The atmosphere is relaxed. I had the crab noodles, and they were very light with a little kick; very delicious! Gwen was such a treat to have as a waitress and Hassan was delightful. Thank you all!

I love staying at this hotel as a start to my vacation!!! The Bradstreet inside the hotel is soooo good. The drinks are finaminal! I love the Layover and the LaVoya! The Pimento Cheese Dip with house chips is amazing!!!

Natalie was absolutely the most hospitable person ever! Traveling from Manhattan on business and we were able to snag a booth in the back- which usually you’d worry about service when seated at the back of a place, right? Not tonight, and we really appreciated her enthusiasm. She explained the whole menu and made sure we got everything we needed. I had a demanding client with me and she not only made sure his drink was on point, but that the food was paired well too. Thanks again and I won’t be venturing far from the hotel the next time I come.

Very nice offering for a hotel restaurant. I had a very nice salad with salmon and my wife had a smash burger, both were very good at the end of long day of travel. A very nice option not requiring an Uber ride. Would recommend!

When I return from business trips, my husband meets me at the Bradstreet Crafthouse. It's our date night for the weeks I travel. We sit at the bar, share an entre, and talk about our week. The bartender Bob is a joy! He makes great drinks and pops in for a few lively glips to our conversation.
Parking: Validated parking in the Intercontinental ramp with purchase at their restaurants.
