Utterly disgusting. The coffee was super gross and the sausage egg and cheese on toasted bagel was without doubt the nastiest, most disgusting breakfast sandwich I’ve ever known. Don’t waste $14 to consume a truly disgusting disappointing breakfast bagel. The sausage, egg and cheese look completely fake and most likely made from synthetic chemicals. Literally want to throw up in my mouth. Never again. Yuck!🤢🤮🤢🤮🤮🤮

Garbage service, food and coffee are even worse than the service. Bagel was super moist and flapping around. Ordered an iced coffee that came black (in Canada it isn’t like this when you order coffee), but the best part was that it tasted like a bitter, watered down coffee bean 🤣🤣 Save your money and go ANYWHERE BUT HERE!

Service is fast, I think the staff at this location knows how to streamline the process for efficiency. I heard some people say they were unfriendly, but the staff was calm and focused at such busy time. Very smooth with troubleshooting when ingredients had ran out.
Their smoked salmon sandwich with asiago bagel was great! Cold smoked salmon, red onions, capers, tomatoes and Plain Cream Cheese on a kettle-boiled bagel with Asiago. Creamy, cheesy, and the salmon was good. Filling.
Chai latte was creamy. Chocolate chip cookie had crusty dough and nice gooey chocolate pockets. Not my favourite, but pretty good.
Only note is, the ordering kiosk requires patience, and might be confusing to split the sandwiches into different groups depending on where you’re seeing the menu. - On the website categories are: breakfast, lunch, and bagels & cream cheese. - On the ordering kiosk in store: breakfast, signature, lunch. - On the board: classic, signature, and sandwiches.

They charge a 4.5% hospitality charge that doesn't go to the staff. It goes to the money hungry owners.
Staff is super nice but I won't support places that are greedy like this.

Paid for a Bacon, Egg and Cheese bagel sandwich with 2 eggs. Got 1 egg and cheese only. No second egg or bacon. Disappointed. Probably won't go back

Every time I go to a Brueggers in an airport I’m disappointed. Employees fail to toast bagel and fail to distribute cream cheese effectively. It’s really not hard to toast a bagel and put cream cheese on it. It wasn’t busy at all. I was even blessed with a black hair in my bagel this time.

I think when they run low on bagels they just keep cheap terrible ones from somewhere else. I love brueggers and get it all the time and this was nothing like a brueggers bagel. Also, i ordered a bakers dozen (to bring to family who loves brueggers in particular). and was charged for every individual bagel which is absurd (and I specifically asked if they sold them by the dozen at that location and they said yes). 20+ dollars for bagels I could get at the grocery store is a terrible feel.

I confirmed twice before taking it that it was my food and drink order. Got coffee instead of the chai I ordered and a raisin bagel with plain cream cheese instead of the sesame with strawberry that I wanted. Total fail on your part keeping the orders organized and knowing what goes with what. Was at my gate before I realized so it’s now all in the trash. You need a better system of labeling and verifying your orders because I bet there is another unhappy person who got my order.

There are some genres of food that are especially conducive to vegetarian options. Bagels rank supreme in this category which makes it absolutely astonishing that every single breakfast sandwich contains meat. Yes the meat can be subtracted but the price for the sandwich and extras remains unchanged.
