I’ve been coming here for years, for the most part the bagels and food are good! However this place is in serious need of manager intervention. The store is really dirty and have broken items everywhere . Also, pro tip is to order online and pick up. It is much quicker.

Edit: Bruegger's filled my order on a second visit. The manager was extremely helpful and supportive and the bagels were excellent. I will be coming by again!

The bagel was dry. 28.00 for two bagels, one blueberry muffin and a small cup of hot chocolate! Airport robbery! Never going there again!!!
Staff behind counter swearing and yelling. Waited 30 minutes when arrived at the store, an hour from placing the order. Ended up leaving. Will not return to this location. Terrible all around.

The interior is depressing. They are overstaffed, but somehow slow. Workers just standing around while orders are coming out 20+ minutes late. Then this is quality that comes out. No cream cheese on the vermonteer. Instead of nice bacon strips it's a handful of broken bits. The schmear on the bagel is like half a schmear. Doesn't even cover the whole bagel. Fix this store

Good bagels for a chain.
Don’t go here if you want to get what you specifically asked for, if you want the completely wrong order that couldn’t be messed up worse go here!!
This location has messed up our order two out of the last three times we went - and the second time was to get the free bagels they owed us from the first screw up. They refuse to correct the mistake over the phone and require you to drive back to get a refund, going out of your way to correct a mistake they made. Unbelievably poor customer service, and they refuse to fix it.
This location must've undergone new management & employees because for the first time ever, the team was prompt and communicative, and the food was delivered above par. Major props to the guy taking orders too. He was great at his job and did some serious multitasking 👍🏻!
This place should not be in business. The service is slower than I could believe. How can you only toast one bagel at a time? The atmosphere is also terrible, making it a take out only place. It has a New York standard of customer service with a Midwest lack of energy.

The Bruegger's Bagel in my town has the sweetest, kindest most friendly people working here!
Today I bought a farmhouse sandwich, french toast bagel and a muffin. Both bagels were overcooked and hard/crunchy, borderline burnt. The muffin was very over cooked, also close to burnt. If your staff accidently over cooks batches, make new ones. I trust you all are skilled at recognizing over baked items...maybe just try caring.
This place is awful. Always seem to be very slow. Last time for me. Ordered online 40 minutes ahead and arrived to find the order 20 minutes behind and the staff is giving me unbelievable attitude. Just absolutely the worst customer service.
Woke up today and reaaaaaly wanted a blueberry bagel, so I open up Postmates to place my order…. I don’t want to be cheap so I also order an egg and cheese sandwich and an orange juice. I wait, so excited for my breakfast…. It finally arrives….. wrong order. The only thing they got right was the orange juice… not to mention everything was loaded with meat and I’m a vegetarian so I couldn’t even indulge in the wrong order I received…I’m disappointed but not upset bc we all make mistakes! But still I am determined to get a blueberry bagel…. The craving is still strong- so I get my refund and start a new order- this time I just want the blueberry bagel- made it simple. Now I’m going on liiiike over an hour of waiting for this bagel….. delivery driver picks it up…. She’s on her way…. I’m so excited for this bagel…. It’ll be the best part of my day…. Food arrives…. WRONG ORDER AGAIN. You’re killin’ me Brueggers bagels… you’re killin’ me.

OK, so the people in the reviews who are talking this place down have no idea what they’re talking about. This is the best bagel in the Twin Cities. The inside isn’t rundown, it’s just moving all the time because of how good the bagels are. They never not have hot coffee on tap ready to go, and it’s clear the people with that experience has came when there were like 40 people there, because it is the best bagel in St. Paul and Minneapolis.
What makes the bagel special or the bubbles on the back of it, and how they toast them to ensure crispiness on the outside and also a great bagel boiled innards.
The owner of this place truly cares about it and has built a team up to scale for their demand because they are the best bagel in the Twin Cities! I’m a regular, I find myself there maybe once or twice or three times a week. This is not like me , but I find myself craving what they make and I’ve always been impressed. You’ll see them hand, make the bagels in the back room from where you stand, ordering, hand, boiling them hand, baking them all by hand.
Anyone who thinks the other top performers in the area like the Saint Paul Bagelry Are high-quality have no idea what they’re talking about and have never experienced a decent New York City bagel.
Highly recommend you check this place, order ahead if you don’t like the line, and personally, I prefer my bagels toasted extra, that way you get the incredible flaky crunch of the yeast bubbles. Also the jalapeño cream cheeses absolute fire.
You’re getting a lot of reviews from Waspy uppity types who live around the area who are Pearl clutching about lines and boxes in the foyer. It’s best that if have problems with it that you stay away too, and leave the best for us.
