Walked in to get a sandwich and a lady mopping literally bumped me with the mop while I was looking in the premade sandwich area, then stood and looked at me like I was doing something wrong, I asked if I could be there and she angrily grunted “yea”. Then I went to a register and the lady cleaning behind the counter ignored me until I asked for help and she said “what do you want”, I said this sandwich. She rang me up and said $17, when the tag said 12.99$. I said “ the tag said 12”, she replied “we don’t sell anything for 12”. I went to go look at the tag and she YELLED at me to take the sandwich and put it back. I’ve never had worse service, would rather go hungry than give a dime to people who treat other people this way.

Good customer service and place is well kept. Tryed the chicken empanada and was good! The chipotle sauce gave it a better taste!

Was supposed to be open at 4:30 and instead opened at 5:10. Main worker was very nice but everyone was more focused on talking than getting our order out. After we ordered, our bagel sat on the counter for 5 minutes untouched while the workers talked and forgot about our coffee. I appreciate the heck out of fast food workers, but for an airport, they need to be a little more efficient.

I understand the cost of running a business and having to pay for the expensive of the things and employees (it’s 2024) but $17 for a singular soggy croissant turkey and cheese sandwich seems excessive. I needed to grab and go because of a short transfer from one terminal to the next and it was right next to the gate.
The attendants that were there were just standing around talking near the back and I had to call them up to help ring me out.
I hope this helps someone else to find another spot for food.

They scam you with a hospitality charge and it’s not posted anywhere obvious. Then you call and ask why you got charged extra and they whine that minimum wage increased. I already paid $5 for a $.50 drink and $8 for a mini yogurt. Scam at its finest.

I came through here on Sunday and then back again this Saturday. Same guys made my sandwich. Food was great. The crew was very nice. Its my new go to for food when i fly through MN.

The food came cold, chicken sandwich was frozen, the people working there were yelling at me and refused to give me my money back. I gave them back the food to be disposed. Terrible experience. Please don’t buy anything from this place not even a water bottle. I wish I would’ve read the reviews before spending $50.

Cashier was pleasant enough but difficult to hear. Sandwich maker seemed unhappy.The worst Banh Mi I’ve ever had. Sandwich was $16.99 and I threw it in the garbage.See photos for soggy veggies because banh mi was assembled and then put in oven. Who does tht to beautiful delicious fresh cucumbers and pickled veg??

They charged my credit card 10 times the receipt. Instead of 2.773huf, they charged my credit card 27.730huf. I tried 3 times to call and speak to them.. no result. I sent an email with the receipts, then a reminder, then one more reminder... still no response... This kind of after-sales service in 2023 is unbelievable!!!
