Caribou Coffee

I got charged $0.55 for a plastic spoon that should've come with my yogurt. Customer service was terrible and the lady taking my order took forever. I ordered a small and got charged a large.

My flight was delayed, so the airport was kind and gave me $15 to spend on food. I went to Caribou and the service was terrible. I had to wait 10 minutes for the worker to take my order. Not in a way that she was busy, she just stood around doing nothing. When she finally came to take my order, I showed her the code on my phone from the airport to pay for my food. She took my phone from me and entered the code. After it didn’t work, her coworker also tried it. They told me that I would just have to pay with my own money because there was a line behind me. I was upset that I had to pay because I was excited that the airport was paying for me. I let it all go because I was technically “holding” up the line. After waiting for my food and drink, I finally got it, just to realize that they made my drink wrong :( As a barista that works at a Caribou, I am very disappointed in my experience here. They do not take customer service seriously and need to work on it.

Holy crap! It was 5:30am, line out of the door. I was thinking, "oh boy this is gonna be a long wait" but imagine my surprise when I got my order in what felt like 5 minutes or less! They were like a well-oiled machine! Everyone was so friendly and efficient. I was very impressed

The spiced chai is incredibly bland. Starbnucks has a better chai. I asked the baristas if they could remake the drinks for me and I got an early gray. Thanks baristas!

The manager and 2 employees ignored several customers. I waited in line while the young lady swept the floor. The manager and another employee talked and ignored customers. I walked away, not buying anything. Caribou is my favorite coffee place. I will not return to this location. As I write this review, the manager is so cool that he talks to everyone but the paying customers. The lady sweeping stepped in and helped. So sad
