This location has the worst customer service in the area. Never a greeting upon entering the store, no thank you for stopping by. The staff always looks sad or on edge because of management. I only occasionally stop here because of these reason.
99/100 I have an excellent experience at any Caribou, but 100/100 I have an amazing experience at this Caribou! It is my favorite. I'm not sure what makes it so special, but I've been coming here for over 15 years and it's always wonderful.
The drive thru design is terrifying to use at this location. The person who helped me was kind and I loved our moment of connection. I would value Caribou coffee more as a business if they paid their baristas and point of sale employees a livable wage (when looking at medium rent in the area).
