This caribou used to be nice . Not anymore, I fly out of MSP couple times a month. Recently, there some young girls there who have no respect at all for customers.

50 cents for a glass of water but only a 25 cent discount for using my own cup. I am being told that I need to pay the extra for the cup alone. Rude and horrible service! We always came here before taking off back to the east coast. Not anymore! Nothing like feeling totally screwed by our hometown coffee place.

Very efficient and friendly staff. I ordered on line after passing thru security and my order was completed when I arrived less than 5 minutes after arriving.

Be aware this place is not only expensive but they charge 4.5% hospitality charge. A complete ripoff.

A lot of the feel of the Caribou. The person behind the counter seemed kind of cranky. Like he was sick of being there and dealing with he might have just dealt with unruly customer, but I feel like that part of the job to keep a good attitude.

The people at the Caribou Coffee in the airport was really nice, food excellent. Still you are at the airport, so suitcases and backpacks all over. We can live with it. The mochas are the best...no one else does like them.

Even though this Caribou is at the beginning of the G Concourse and right outside the International arrivals, there is rarely a line of customers waiting to place or pickup their order. There are two picnic-like tables and benches to sit on. Around the fireplace there is a counter and high chairs plus comfy chairs and logs thst can be used as end tables.
The employees are very friendly and know my drink (medium milk chocolate cooler with a little whipped topping and no chocolate drizzle).
The cranberry white chocolate scones are excellent!
