This location has great staff, helpfull, friendly. The food is great! But the selections are very disappointing. If they are going to be closed on Sunday like all locations the MENU should be like all locations !Check the availability on items and refills before ordering.

Was completely closed at 5 pm on a Monday. Even though signs indicated it was open in Terminal 7, it was closed. We had rushed to the terminal, only to find it closed. Very poor planning and communication. The Minneapolis Airport needs to work on this, along with Chick-fil-A. Very disappointed in this brand.

Would have loved a sandwich at dinner time on a Saturday... but closed.

Noted that they closed at 7pm, I rushed off the plane to be able to get something to eat during my layover and when I arrived at 6:50pm everything was packed up and the lights were off. Very disappointed.

It's Chick-fil-a, what more needs to be said. The only down fall of this place is the location because it's a pain to get in and out of but the service and food is worth it. Now just build one on the east side of town.

Besides yummy food, EXCELLENT customer service

At least as of 9/29/2020 they are reopened. Located near terminal F7. Can be a bit of a hike depends on where your terminal is. Food was good and even it's not on the menu they do serve milkshake.

This is a review for the Terminal F location, not to be confused with the larger location in Terminal C. This one opens at 1030am for lunch. No breakfast. It is usually packed with a 10+ min line all day. Its standard fare CF.

Temporarily closed.....only because they are in a liberal city airport terminal
For breakfast last Wednesday I got the number 1 (chicken on a biscuit combo) the chicken was so dry I wasn't able to finish it. And the hasbrowns were jammed into a big greasy over cooked brick. I've been to many other chick Fila locations and have always had moist chicken, i would pick a different restarant if your in MSP

I usually eat at C-F-As all over the US. This was not one of the "best" ones. Airport locations are always "iffy." HOWEVER, THE ATLANTA ONE IS THE FINEST I'VE EVER EATEN AT! This one did a good job getting people through the lines, but the staff is not as "friendly" as other locations outside of the airport. The food was still excellent though!

The manager (I wish I got her name) was the nicest woman in the service industry I ever met. All the employees here were great! Food, as always, is the best for fast food.

This is the first time that I have eaten at the Chick-fil-A chain. I can’t see why this chain is so popular. It was very expensive for fast food and the food itself is nothing to write home about.

Fast and friendly service, even for breakfast at 5:30 am! I love those fluffy biscuits and the crispy chicken to start off my day, and they always get my iced tea just right. When I pass through for lunch, I love the regular fried chicken sandwich but also appreciate the newer grilled chicken option.
