If you go to any other chipotle beside the west Saint Paul, MN location - WSP charges extra for extra rice, side of salsa or any other sides. Why is that?
Should it not be the same across the board?
Not one of my three orders were correct and everything you said heavy on (lettuce, rice) they wanted to charge you an extra charge.
Ladies behind the counter need customer service etiquette and the young man working with them had no clue. So disappointed, this is two for two for me!!
I guess to Eagan we will go! I wondered why the older lady in front of me was frustrated.
Ordered food ontheline 45 minutes ago. Been waiting for half an hour on it. Still not done
